Rebecca's POV-
"So... what happened to you being busy tonight? I thought you said you still had some unpacking to do." Lexie asked me from the front room as I grabbed some plates from the kitchen cupboard.
How did I forget about that. I guess my dad being out the house changed everything.
"Um, well I thought my dad had to work this morning, but they ended up switching his shift till tonight, so I guess he must have unpacked the rest of the boxes while I was at school." I mean it wasn't a complete lie.
"So... you're home alone?" She asked as I walked into the front room with two plates.
"Yeah, but I didn't exactly get permission to invite a friend over." I said placing the plates on the table, only now realising that the beautiful blonde on my sofa had taken off her jacket to reveal a very nice, very low neck tank top.
"Rebecca?" She asked with a giggle as I realised that I was not only staring, but that she had caught me.
What the hell was wrong with me.
"Sorry... what did you say?" I asked now moving my eyes up to meet her eyes.
As those beautiful eyes stared back at me she continued.
"Oh, so you're a rebel. Sneaking girls into you're house while your dads at work?" She asked with a suspicious smirk.
"Firstly, What do you mean by girls? You're the only girl I've had over here, period. Secondly, my dad doesn't know I'm gay. So I doubt I'd get into much trouble." I replied now taking a seat of the sofa next to her.
"Wow, well I feel honoured then." She said with a smile as she moved forward placing her hand on top of mine.
Her hand was so warm and her eyes were so captivating. Her smile though was definitely my favourite, her lips looked so soft making me wonder what they felt like.
"Can I ask you a question?" She asked as I pulled my eyes away from her lips.
"Sure." I answered, now curious as to what she wanted to know.
"Who's Caitlin?" This shocked me. How did she know about Caitlin. With that I lent back and pulled my hand away from hers.
"I'm sorry, it's just I saw her name on your phone and..." She started rambling the second I pulled away.
"You went though my phone?" I asked giving her a questioning looking.
"Yes, but only a little. I'm sorry, I was just curious. I mean you just seem so mysterious and I was... I was slightly jealous. Okay." She finished looking at me with sorry eyes.
"You was... what? Jealous." And with that I couldn't help myself, I burst out laughing. She was jealous.
Lexie looked at me with confusion, but I couldn't stop laughing. What was she jealous of. Caitlin? Now that's hilarious.
"Okay, it's not that funny." She said now looking slightly annoyed. But it was too funny.
"You... you was jealous? Of.. of Caitlin?" With that my eyes started to water as I started crying from laughter.
"Yes, I don't get what's so funny." She stated now glaring at me in annoyance.
"I can't... I can't believe this." I said trying to breathe between laughs.
I was laughing so much my stomach started to hurt.
"OMG! Rebecca, just tell me who she is?" Lexie said finally having enough and pushing me off the sofa.
