Susan and Barbara got a taxi back home, luckily for Susan, Barbara was fast asleep so she didn't have to say anything just yet. Barbara was her best friend but she wasn't so keen on her knowing everything about her and Ringo's relationship, whatever relationship that was.

When they arrived back at home, Susan woke Barbara up with a gentle slap on the arm. Barbara mumbled and lazily opened her eyes.

"Come on, we're home," Susan said. Barbara sighed, rubbing her head, and climbed out of the taxi.

"What time do you call this?" Linda asked, unsurprisingly sat at her desk with her eyes glued to one of her various textbooks.

"Fuck off," Barbara mumbled and walked over, collapsing onto the sofa.

"Did you miss us?" Susan joked.

"A little," Linda replied.

Better than nothing Susan thought. She turned to Barbara who was already falling asleep on the sofa.

"Oi you," Susan said and sat beside her exhausted friend. "Spill." Barbara was unresponsive. Susan sighed. "Barbs." Susan nudged her.

"What?" Barbara snapped.

"Tell me about the after-party!" Susan demanded.

Barbara slowly sat up and grinned devilishly. "It was an after-party."

"And?" Barbara laughed a little. Clearly, she was in love with Susan not knowing a thing about this party she allegedly had. "Who was there?"

"Does it matter?"

"Who?" Susan repeated.

"John." Barbara grinned. Susan sighed.

"Of course he was. Who else?" Barbara laughed.

"Why do you care so much?" Barbara asked.

"I'm just curious." Susan brushed.

"What about you and Ringo, what did you two get up to last night?" Barbara smiled.

"Barbs..."

"You tell me about your night and I'll tell you about mine." Susan sighed. She knew this was coming.

"What do you think happened," Susan mumbled.

"I knew it." Barbara lit up a cigarette and took a long drag.

"Hold on." Linda turned to the girls. "Susan what did you do?" Linda was staring right at Susan sending chills down her spine.

"It's not what she did." Barbara took a drag. "It's who she did."

"Wait-"

"What does that even mean?" Linda interrupted.

"Guys..." Susan moaned.

"Baby Susie here lost her v didn't she?" Barbara smirked.

"Barbs!" The room went silent. Barbara took a drag of her cigarette. "Can you not be a bitch for one moment?"

Barbara shrugged. "You tell me."

"You know about my night. It's your turn now." Barbara looked at Susan.

"It was after you left."

—Last Night—

Barbara watched as Susan went upstairs with Ringo.

"Looks like someone's in trouble." John mocked. Barbara ignored him and took another shot.

"She's just tired. Anyway." Barbara looked at John. "You're still 4 drinks behind." She grinned.

"Bullshit." He shot back. "You're lying."

"Aww is the man upset because the hot woman beat her." Barbara patronized him. "Catch up."

John lit up a cigarette. "In your dreams." He took a drag.

"And what's that supposed to mean?"

"You're the one that needs to catch up." Barbara scoffed at him.

"You must be thinking bout the wrong girl Luv."

"I'm always 5 steps ahead of everyone." John downed a shot. "Always have been."

"Not anymore." Barbara grinned. They both looked at each other. A look quickly morphed into a stare. Barbara glanced at John's lip, she wanted them so bad.

"Who are you?" John asked.

Barbara leaned in, John prepared himself for the kiss but was taken aback by what actually happened. Barbara had pinched his cig from out of his mouth. He watched her take a drag.

"I already told you." She answered.

"Come with me," John said after a moment and stood up.

"Where are we going?" Barbara stood up, at this point, she was ready to go anywhere with this man.

"To see who you really are," John replied with a look of intense lust.

—Back with the girls—

"Is that it?" Susan had expected much more than this. "What else?"

"I've told you enough already."

"No, you haven't." Susan denied.

"You really haven't." Linda agreed.

"Well, what you told me wasn't enough either." Barbara countered.

"Yeah but-"

"Yeah but what?" Barbara and Susan stared at each other for a moment. They always had these sister-like rivalries. It wouldn't be normal if they didn't.

"Whatever." Susan sighed. "I need to do my work, it's due tomorrow."

"What work?"

"You know for my job, the job that I've got to help pay for our bills, remember, those things you have to do to get money."

"I've got a job too y'know," Barbara argued.

"Coulda fooled me," Susan said and walked off.

Barbara sighed and turned on the TV. "She's so annoying," Barbara said to herself.

"So are you." Linda fired back.

"I wasn't talking to you."
