The sun had risen and the birds were tweeting. Susan had decided to sleep on the settee with Barbara after all. She didn't want to leave her alone but she also couldn't be bothered facing Linda. She wasn't ready to have her head blown off just yet.

Susan slowly opened her eyes to a ray of sun hitting her face. She could hear the radio playing and she could smell something coming from the kitchen. She was desperate for food.

She turned to see Barbara in the same position she was in last night. That woman could sleep anywhere. Susan moved slightly and groaned instantly. Her body felt so stiff.

Linda entered from the kitchen. "Finally awake then." She commented as she placed a plate of toast on the coffee table.

"Thanks." Susan managed to groan, still a little tired as she stretched her arms and legs.

"It's not for you." Linda said in a serious tone. Susan looked at her with sad eyes. Linda sighed. "Fine." She sighed after a moment. "You can have some but not all of it." She said and disappeared into the kitchen. Susan smiled sweetly and took a piece of toast.

"What time is it?" Susan shouted out.

"11." Linda answered back from the kitchen. Susan's eyes widened.

She was supposed to be going to her mums at 12 which meant she had an hour to eat breakfast, get a shower, get dressed, do her hair, do her makeup, DO EVERYTHING.

Susan began wolfing down her toast. Barbara woke up eventually and sat up beside her friend and wiped her eyes. Her hair looked like a birds nest.

"You're eating toast." Barbara groaned feeing very left out.

"It's on the table." Susan pointed out. Barbara went to get a piece. "It's Linda's though." She added.

"I'm getting a piece of toast Linds okay?" Barbara shouted, getting a piece of toast.

Linda appeared from the kitchen and glared. "I didn't say you could have one."

"My stomach doesn't speak English." Barbara said, taking a bite. "It speaks food." She grinned. Susan laughed and Linda shook her head in disappointment.

Susan finished the rest of her toast and stood up, heading quickly to the bathroom.

"Where are you going?" Barbara asked curiously.

"I'm getting a shower!" Susan yelled, shutting the bathroom door.

Barbara shrugged and took a big bite out of her toast. "Okay." She said with a full mouth.

Ringo had to be up early no matter what time he went sleep. Every day was a work day and there were hardly any breaks. Thankfully, he had gotten used to the schedules.

All the lads were already sat at the table and eating breakfast when he walked into the kitchen.

"Looks who decided to show up after all." John teased as Ringo sat down with them. "Good night then?"

"It was alright." Ringo said simply. George put a plate of scrambled eggs down in front of him. George was the cook for the Fab Four. His cooking was the best out of all of them. "Thanks."

"Who's Susan?" Paul smirked. Ringo knew George would have ended up saying something.

"A bird." Ringo answered and focused on his food rather than the conversation.

"Your bird?" Paul continued, him and John sharing various grins as they teased the drummer.

"Why, you interested in her?" Ringo asked back.

"I might be." Paul smirked.

"I might be an all." John chimed in.

"Go ahead." Ringo mumbled. She's not mine." He was saying that he didn't care but on the inside he really did. He had come to like Susan and didn't like John and Paul joking about her for the sake of teasing him.

"Do you want her to be?" Paul questioned. Both Paul and John stared at Ringo whilst he was trying to eat his food.

"No." Ringo answered stubbornly.

"Did you hear him Paulie? He said no because he doesn't need a bird." John yelled as if Paul wasn't right in front of him. John was starting to piss Ringo off now. Paul and John laughed together like children.

"Can I just eat my food in peace?" Ringo pled in a fed up tone.

Paul looked at John. "John, we must let Ringo eat. He needs the energy. Especially for Susan." He teased. John grinned.

Ringo ignored them and remembered that they were only having a laugh but it was so hard keeping an unbothered face. He was relying on seeing Susan later to cheer him up.

Susan rushed out the bathroom, a towel wrapped around her and dashed into her room. Barbara sat peacefully on the settee and read her magazine. Linda was at her desk. Again.

After a few minutes, Susan appeared from her room in her clothes for the day. She decided that she wouldn't do her makeup since she wouldn't have the time and she barely did anything with her hair. She liked it in it's natural form anyway.

"How do I look?" Susan asked, looking into a mirror at her physique.

"Tired." Barbara replied, her eyes glued to her magazine.

Susan sighed. "Whatever. I'm going." She said putting on her coat.

"Say hi to your mum for us." Barbara shouted.

"Will do." Susan shouted back closing the door behind her as she left.
