Yumi’s POV

        Louie immediately stood up after hearing what Red said. Sa sobrang gulat, nabitawan ko rin ang mga boteng hawak. Sabay-sabay ding napatayo ang mga magkakaibigan upang awatin si Louie, habang si Red naman at ang babaeng linta ay nanatiling nakaupo. I saw anger in Louie’s eyes. I looked at Red and Louie alternately. Kung gaano kagalit ang hitsura ni Louie, kalmadong-kalmado naman si Red.

        Sumilay ang isang nakakalokong ngiti mula kay Red at tiningnan nito si Louie, “What? You want to hit me? Too afraid to do it, Louie?” Red was mocking Louie. I could not even say anything because I was too afraid to add to the tension.

        “Red, bro, tama na. I think we’ve had too much alcohol in our system. Let’s just settle this when we’re sober” Fred finally spoke.

        I saw Red’s expression change. If looks could kill, all of us would’ve been dead. This is the first time I’ve seen Red this mad at his friends.

        Louie finally spoke, “Red, for a smart person, you really are dumb. You’re a selfish son of a b*tch.” Tumalikod na rin ito ppagkatapos.

        Unang umalis si Louie at sumama naman kaagad ang iba nilang kaibigan.

        “Bro, mauna na muna kami. Kita na lang tayo. Yumi, una na kami” Nagpaalam na din si Steven sa akin. I just gave him a smile in return.

        Now, it’s just me, Red and the leech. Nanatili akong nakatayo sa gilid.

        “Leave!” Biglang sigaw ni Red. I was startled because of that. Aalis na sana ako when I heard him speak agan, “Leave, bitch. Leave me alone!” I saw the leech stand and leave. Padabog siyang lumabas ng bahay at pabalang na sinara ang pinto. Hindi pala ako yung sinabihang umalis. Yung linta pala. I almost smiled, but when I remembered kung gaano kagalit si Red, I wanted to leave with her too.

        I was about to go upstairs when somebody grabbed my arm from behind. When I turned, I saw Red. I saw so much anger in his eyes that I felt my body tremble because I was too scared. He dragged me up the stairs. Good thing I was able to hold on to the rails of the stairs or I would have fallen.

        He dragged me all the way to my room not saying anything. Agad niya akong tinapon sa kama kung saan naman ako napasubsob. Then, I heard him lock the door.

        Hindi ko alam kung ano na naman ang balak niyang gawin sa akin. Sasampalin? Itatapon kung saang bahagi ng kwarto? tatadyakan? Ano pa ba ang kaya niyang gawin sa akin?

        I could no longer stop my tears from falling. I was too scared that I could no longer say anything. Yet, it was Red who broke the ice.

        “Hindi ko alam na may tinatago ka din palang landi, Yumi” I looked at him.

        “Why? Because Louie’s the kind one, you’re going to flirt with him to get away from me? No, he’s not going to help you b*tch” He was shaking his head while leaning on the door with his arms crossed.

        “Louie’s hands are cuffed. He’s not not gonna be of help to you and even if you flirt with all of my friends, nobody’s going to help you either. Hawak ko silang lahat. Sunud-sunuran lang sila sa akin dahil kung wala ako, lahat sila, pati pamilya nila, sa kangkungan pupulutin. So, deal with it Yumi. Dahil wala kang kawala hanggat hindi ko pa nakukuha kung ano ang gusto ko”
