"We never should've saved her mother and gave her our last injection. We invested so much into her and look where it got us." Yongsun heard from the other room as she pretended to be asleep. "Her mothers dead, and she's on their side. We cant just kill her either, she's supposed to be one of us."
"Then why not brainwash her into our side?" Yongsuns eyes widen even though under a blindfold.
"It's not brainwashing, it's just pushing our opinions into her mind. Brainwashing is a little strong dont you think?"
"Right right. Let's do it sooner then. I dont want her to side with them as they get here."
"Yes of course." Footsteps could now be heard approaching Yongsun, she gulped inwardly still trying to pretend to be sleeping. "Hey, wake up."
"We need to get her now." Byulyi said, not wanting to have another arguement. Hyejin knows that she cant change her mind anymore and decided to just make up a plan that can allow them to be safe going to a mission in daylight.
"Okay, fine. Let me think." Byulyi turned her body facing Hyejin now. Hyejin thought of a plan, "Remember when you said that burning wood blocks zombie's sense of smell? If we can block their sense of smell, we'll be able to get by worrying about one less thing. Now the problem is, their sight in daylight."
"I was thinking we could go by the sewers. No sight, no smell, - and most importantly - No Zombies. It's the easiest course." Hyejin nodded.
"That's disgusting but yeah, it could work. Wow, never thought of taking the sewers before great now i feel dumb." She joked hoping Byul would laugh but nope, she didnt. "...ooohh kayyy." She dragged, "Also, what i was thinking, from what was seen in the footages, they only went out at night. So my best assumption is that they're immune to smell but not sight. We need to use that against them." Byulyi nodded, "And, we cant let our guard down." She whispered and looked around if someone was listening in, "Im thinking they might have something on they're sleeves, i bet the lights are off in that bank. Or even having zombies with them there because they know thay cant smell them."
"You have a point" Byulyi whispered too, "So what are you suggesting?"
She pointed each one with her fingers, "Night vision goggles, strong scent that can block their sense of smell, extra guns for Yongsun, flashlights."
"Flash lights?? I thought we were being sneaky."
"Yes, i know that bank. There's an air vent. If we can get someone there and attach a flashlight on top of those people, Zombies could see them. Smart aye?" Hyejin chuckled at her self, "Getting into the vault is the hard part. none of our grenades will work on that. Oh wait actually, we can all just go through the vents huh, why didnt i think of that."
As they finished making plans of the mission which was about to occur, they went to the other from the Alpha team and explained the whole thing after going to their meeting room with the South Korean flag in the middle. Byulyi and Hyejin pointed where they need to land and which sewer they were about to enter and leave from. Hyejin researched the map of the sewer beforehand and told them where they needed to go.
Of course not all of them agreed with the sewer plan, especially Eric; he was known to be a clean freak. And Hyejin had to explain why they needed to stay low, mostly because of Byulyi's injury. They would have to land in Mangmi-dong, a little further from the location where they were supposed to be, so that the enemy wouldnt be able to spot their helicopter coming.
A knock suddenly came from the door of the room they were in. Minhyuk stood up slowly and opened the door, only half opene since Hyejin said to keep guard. Surprisingly, it was the team leader of delta force. "I want to lend some help. Private Yang was our teammate, and we were just as confused. When we heard he was injected, we wanted to help in anyway possible to capture whoever did it."
Hyejin came closer, behind minhyuk. She opened the door for them to come in. "Fine. More people, more deaths. If that's okay with you." She said emotionlessly, "And we dont want dead weight, got that?"
"Yes Ma'am!" They saluted before coming in, "We wont be dead weight."
"You better wont." Hyejin then had to explain the whole thing all over again and Byulyi sat down, her leg still hurting like hell but everytime her necklace started vibrating, the pain slowly drifted away from her mind. She held her necklace tightly in her hand as the Morse code kept repeating; she remembered the exact lettering and wording, it was all the same sequence. Please help me, please help me. Even though she couldnt hear, Yongsun's voice rung through her mind.
After Hyejin finished explaining, Byulyi was already done putting on her gear. "If you guys arent out in 5 minutes, im leaving without you." Byulyi said and went out of the room and sat down. She waited, checking the watch on her wrist tick. At exactly five minutes later, all of them came out.
"Alright. Let's go."
