"So, i hope you choose to cooperate with us Yongsun. If you dont, I wont hesitate to put a bullet through your head." Hyejin threatened, "I saw how you were at our flight back here earlier, i could read your expression like a book. If you even slightly try to hide the truth, you know whats coming." She held a pistol on her hand and gestured it to her head, making Yongsun gulp and furrow her brows at the girl infront of her. Yongsun nodded at her condition. 

Eric stood beside the chair Hyejin sat on. "Tell us exactly what they did to you over there?"

"They tied me to a chair and blindfolded me the first few hours, trying to get me to talk anything about you guys."

"Did you?" Hyejin asked sternly. Yongsun shook her head truthfully, "And then?"

"It was dark, it was the same room where he threatened to kill me. The one full of zombies. And, for some reason as i was there, there was this one guy who kept knowing where your locations were. I was confused how he knew. Figured i'd tell you that part.." Hyejin nodded, "As they knew you guys were getting closer, they tried to push their beliefs on me. Tried to get me to their side."

"What did they tell you?" Eric asked, not tearing his attention on Yongsun facial expressions. Yongsuns heart beat paced, getting nervous. "Yongsun, we need answers now. We dont have all day."

"... They told me where i came from. My family, everything that i had no memories of.." Hyejin stared at her connecting dots in her head. "They told me why all of this was happening, why they are the only ones to save the world. They explained my purpose. At first i didnt know what it meant, i didnt take it seriously it was all bullshit. But now i get it."

"Tell us why. Tell us everything." Hyejin said annoyingly.

"Apparently, my father erased my memories." Hyejin nodded slowly, making sense of everything, "My father was a part of this 'science' experiment in plantation 54 in Wonmi-dong." She said, Hyejin hated how her explanation was full of gaps. "What those men told me was that my father was the guy behind all of this, the man behind what is happening right now. But i dont get it, why would he erase my memories if he wanted this to happen? It just doesnt add up.." Hyejin nodded as Eric wrote down what she said. 

"No, it does add up. He erased your memories so you could be trusted by us. So you would have no idea until the time comes when you remember everything and turn your back against us." Yongsun looked at her as if she was guilty, "But.. I want to trust you as much as i hate it." She sighed heavily. "Anything else?"

"I feel like those men are lying about my father. I get that you have a point there, but it just doesnt feel right." She paused, "Their motive is to gain dominance over people. My purpose was to rule with them.." Hyejin's eyes widen

"Rule? Gain dominance?? What the fuck does that mean?"

"Apparently they want to use the zombies as a threat for the other countries to bow down. Use them to rule. It was stupid i dont understand why they'd sacrifice so many lives just to gain power.. And the military was their number one nuisance to their plans. They needed you to stop cuz you wont win."

"Why do you think so?"

".. They have the power to open the borders between the north and South." Hyejins eyes widen once more as well as Erics. "They plan on contaminating the whole of south korea before heading over to the north. Thats when we lose. We're not winning, we're dying either way. 51 million people in south korea, and only what, around 1% of its population isnt infected, we wont win this war."

"How are the north allowing their borders to be accessed that easily?? For sure the president isnt okay with that right??" Eric said. 

"The north was never a 'protect the people' country, it's always been 'protect the ruler'. They wouldnt care less as long as the presidents alive." Hyejin nodded at Yongsuns statement. "And, those men has connections over there. The leader probably has a ton of money to waste for that kind of accessibility." silence filled the room as eric couldnt think of what to do.
