"Oh! Queen _____!" You turned around to see a young guard - maybe 15 - from Hyrule running through the domain towards you. You felt like you had seen him before but didn't know when.
"Oh, hi!" You waved with a smile as the young boy stood in front of you, trying to catch him breath in short, quick gasps.
"It's Queen Zelda!" He looked down at his feet and your smile faded.
"What about her?"
"She's gone into labor!" Your eyes widened and you nodded.
"I'm going to go get my husband. Meet us at the bridge!" You ran as fast as your legs would go, seeing as you hadn't yet had your children. "Sidon! We have to get to Hyrule Castle!"
"_____! Link's here, he told me already. Let's go!" The four of you left for the castle, and arrived not too long after.
"Alright you guys, Jack's heading to go let everyone know, and I'll be up with Zelda. You two meet me up there in a few minutes!" Link ran upstairs to go be with Zelda, and you and Sidon ran to go find Scarlett (Who already had been watching Zuko and Zippora at the castle)
"Scarlett!" Sidon exclaimed as he walked into the library. Zuko and Zippora spotted the two of you and ran to you.
"I heard, but Link told me to stay here with the twins until you guys got here." She stood up from her chair, and closed the books on the table.
"Well, now we can all go." Sidon picked up both children and started heading for the medic's hall. You and Scarlett followed him.
As you walked down the hall, a near scream could be heard and then pure silence. That's when you started running.
As soon as you got to the doorway, you saw Link standing by Zelda holding her hand, and then a cry broke the silence.
"It's a boy!" The nurse exclaimed, and wrapped the child up and handed him to his parents, who both had huge smiles on their faces.
"I told you you could do it." Link said, kissing Zelda's head.
"Congratulations, you guys." You and Sidon walked over to see the little prince. He had golden hair, and greenish blue eyes, a perfect mix of both Link and Zelda.
"Thanks, sis." For the first time since his wedding, you could see the most genuine happy smile on Link's face. Something rare.
"Welp kiddo, you have a super fun aunt and uncle right here. You won't be under strict hyrulean rules all the time." You, Sidon and Scarlett laughed, but Link and Zelda seemed slightly unamused yet they smiled at the remark anyways. And then denied it right after.
"Now we just have to wait for these two to be born and well be complete. Unless of course, Link and Zelda plan to have anymore children?" You raised you eye brow and looked at them, and Zelda chuckled.
"Maybe. We'll have to think about it, but later." Her gaze never left her son, and her smile never faded. You remembered having that moment. And you looked back at your children with that same smile, only to see them basically attacking Sidon. You started laughing, and Sidon tried to get both of them to calm down.
"Zuko st-... Zippora! No!" You helped him and so did Scarlett, and he readjusted his shoulder plates and feather.
"Is that what I have to look forward to?" Link laughed. Sidon shot him a look as if to say 'You're seriously gonna ask that?'
"Probably! Get ready, except you don't have two, let alone soon to have four." Sidon gently rested his hand on your stomach, and you put yours on top of his.
"What's his name?" You asked, and they both looked up at you, and then back at each other.
"Rhoam. Prince Rhoam." Zelda smiled and Link hummed in agreement.
"Mommyyyyy!" Zuko whined, grabbed your free hand.
"Yes sweetheart?" You asked, putting your hand on his head.
"I'm tiiiireeedd!" Zippora stood next to him and nodded. Sidon walked over and picked them both up.
"Well then, let's get going." You nodded and yawned, it was getting pretty late.
