Chrystal's POV

It was dark and cold when I woke up. And it didn't take me long to realize I was in my study. And then the events that just went through all came back to me.

First I had hoped it was all a dream. 'Must've been, for me to be here still.'

I looked out the window. No sign of ganon. And then I thought maybe if he had been defeated though, everyone would be happily reunited by now. So I went out into the halls to check. Nobody. Outside of the throne room? Still nobody.

"Sidon? Dorephan? Scarlett?" I called, in hopes for at least one of them to hear me. No one was awake. I went upstairs to Dorephan's chambers, and he appeared to be asleep. "Dorephan? Are you awake?" This didn't wake him up, so I went to Sidon's room instead.

I knocked, and got no answer. It was unlocked, so I opened it just a bit to see if he was in the room. And he was fast asleep on his bed. "Sidon?" No answer.

Finally, I went to Scarlett's room and went in. "Scarlett?" She was asleep as well. And so were my nieces and nephews when I went to their shared rooms.

Something wasn't right. But then I had to ask myself, was Zuko in the room with them? I thought about it over and over again until I decided to just go back and check. He wasn't there.

"Link? _____? Zelda?" They weren't in the domain, so I didn't know what to do. Everyone else below was asleep. All of the guards and workers and children. Inwas the only one asleep.

So I began to walk towards the front of the domain, and then I saw just the person I needed. Bazz!

"Bazz!" I exclaimed, running towards him. He turned around a bit startled, and didn't smile like he usually did when we talked. "Chrystal?"

"This may be a weird question, but is Ganon still at the castle?" I bit my lip, afraid I would sound like a complete idiot. But that's not what Bazz thought for a second. He just sighed.

"Lady Chrystal, we don't know yet. If your memory is slowly disappearing like everyone else's, it's alright if you don't remember anything." He explained, and I simply chuckled.

"Ah no, I could tell you everything that happened in that battle. So first-" I stopped myself. Had I really forgotten? Something I had in my mind just a matter of minutes ago was now gone. Perished. Vanished into thin air.

"We should get you back to bed, Miss." He said, looking sadly back out at the castle.

"No, it's fine. I need to be awake so I can figure out what's wrong with me." I pondered on the subject, angry that I let such an important event slip my mind.

"You should rest now so you'll be awake when _____ returns." He sighed again.

"_____? Who's that...?"

Bazz's POV

"...and then everything glowed a bright yellow after the second strike. That's what I can remember." Dorephan leaned back in his chair, and I could only be shocked that he was the only one who remembered everything. Everyone else had lost their memories.

"Sir, do you believe there could be any explanation as to why the rest of them have lost their memory?" I asked nervously, worried about everyone in the domain and especially the king and his family.

"I'm sure there is one, Bazz. But I myself am unsure of it. This didn't happen the last Calamity." He shook his head and looked out upon the kingdom he once knew as a land of peace.

"The name _____ rings a bell, it really does. But-"

"Stop, Sidon." Dorephan put his hand up. "I am still in utter shock and disbelief that you have forgotten your own wife. I find it shocking that ALL of you have forgotten her! The wife of the zora king, mother of these children. An aunt of these two, and a sister of our Hyrulean king." He shook his head, eyes on everyone but mainly his son.

"Y-You can't blame them, sir. Amnesia is an uncontrollable occurrence that may be temporary." I stammered on my words, torn between each side of this mess. The king had a point, but then again it's not as if Sidon had wished to forget his wife of over a decade.

"You're right, Bazz." He took a deep breath, and then let it out. "Take them back to their rooms. Let them sleep a while longer. It may help them to regain their memories." I nodded and left with all of the royals. They went to their rooms and went to sleep. So that left me to continue speaking with the king about what we were going to do.

___________
Ahh, I'm sorry about these being shorter when they should be longer. And then on top of that my slowed updating...

I'll make it up to you all, I promise!
