"_____... love, wake up..." You woke up to see Sidon above you, a hand on your cheek. It was still dark outside, so you wondered why he was waking you up so early.
"What is it honey...?" You yawned and he sighed.
"Darling, I..." He let a tear run down his cheek and you sat up almost terrified. You had only ever seen Sidon nearly cry on a couple of occasions, so something had to be seriously wrong. You knew it.
"Sidon, what's going on?" You cupped both of his cheeks and wiped away the tears.
"_____, we just got word that Ganon is about to attack. Fortunately, we got the signs first and had enough time to get everything ready." You shook your head and tried to fight the urge to start crying.
"Are you sure?" Sidon nodded, letting more tears fall.
"All of the signs check out." You're breathing got heavy, and your heart sank.
"No... no!" You burst into tears and Sidon didn't hesitate to pull you into a tight embrace. You just sat there with him for a while. You wished time itself would just stop so you could stay there with Sidon forever.
"We have to get Link and Zelda ready." Sidon finally said after a long time. "Their both here right now, and Scarlett as well." You breathed deep, and nodded.
"Okay." You left your room to find Link and Zelda waiting with Dorephan and Scarlett.
"_____!" Link ran to you as you walked in and you basically fell into his arms. "I know it's a lot to take in and I'm sorry."
"Don't apologize, it isn't your fault. It's nobody's." Link swallowed and slowly nodded. Zelda hugged you as well, and she also had Rhoam in her arms. We'll need him to stay with you two and Scarlett."
"Wait, what?!" Scarlett practically screamed, and the five of you looked at her confused. "I'm not staying here! I'm fighting with Link and Zelda!"
"I'd be saying the same thing dear, if I weren't still pregnant." You walked over to her side and hugged her.
"But I'm not! I have to fight with them!" She clenched her fists and Link sighed.
"Scarlett, we can't risk you getting hurt. Hyrule's gonna need you if something happens to Zelda and I." Scarlett shook her head and ran downstairs.
"Scarlett! Wait!" You called out, but it was no use. Sidon noticed you trembling, and he picked you up. Thankfully just before you felt your legs give out under you.
"Zelda and I are heading out now. I'll get Scarlett, and just have her stay her with Dorephan and Rhoam until you two are back." Link ran to get Scarlett, and Zelda waved as Sidon took you out of the room.
"You just get some rest, _____." He said as he placed you down on the bed. "Don't worry. We've got everything covered."
"Don't leave me, Sidon." You held his hand, and he laid down next to you.
"I won't, I promise. I'll stay here with you." He held you close, and you both fell asleep.
You woke up a few hours later when Sidon got up. You sat up and rubbed your eyes sleepily.
"Sidon." You spoke softly, since you had had enough stress and you were completely drained of energy.
"_____." Sidon turned around, hands behind his back and the usual smile on his face replaced with a look of worry.
"What's gonna happen now?" You asked, just wanting to hug him but you didn't even want to move. Every bone in your body ached, and you felt awful.
"Well, according to Link's orders I'm going to have to get to Vah Ruta to do our strike. And you need to stay here, we've got this." You nodded slowly and Sidon put his feather on and grabbed his sword and scabbard. "I'll be having to leave soon."
"Please be safe." You sighed and Sidon came over and kissed your forehead. The moment he did, you felt something strange. Your expression changed completely once you made the realization.
"Love, what's wrong?" He moved your hair out of your face and kneeled down.
"Sidon, I think I'm in labor." Sidon's eyes widened and he picked you up.
"Alright, just breathe darling." He rushed you to the medic's, and you weren't feeling the worst of the pain kick in yet. But when it did, you almost screamed.
Scarlett rushed in, but Sidon quickly pulled her out to explain that she needed to stay with Dorephan and Rhoam.
"Sidon!" You called out, clenching the sheets and groaning.
"I'm sorry dear! I'm here now!" He rushed to your side and held your hands in his.
"Alright... King Sidon and Queen _____?" Chelsi looked confused for a few seconds. "You aren't due for another week."
"But here we are..." You groaned. Chelsi nodded.
"Right. Well, I'll be right back." Chelsi left for a few minutes, and Sidon did his best to help you with your breathing.
"Queen _____," Chelsi started as she came back in. "You're stress level is extremely high, so this could be risky."
Sidon turned around to face her, his grip not loosening on your hand. He looked back at you without a word. And there were no words to describe the amount of fear in his expression.
"But we'll do everything in our power. She should be okay."

Hey guys! Sorry I'm absolutely terrible, but this collided strangely with my other books. Or did it...?Or maybe it was purely coincidental. Who knows? Not me.
Either way updating will be a lot slower from now on. Explanation on my message board.
