J.P. is Always the Right Answer

K.C.: *eyes widen as another notification pops up on the Fly Pad* We have another question! *stays where she is*

Freddy: Ooh! *leaves the babies he was playing with and runs over to the koala* What is it?

Pip: *looks up from reading on the Fly Pad* Who is it for?

K.C.: It's for J.P. and he said he's coming here to hear of his delivery later, so I think this was great timing *beams as she holds the Fly Pad, eyes widening as she points out the window* Here he comes now!

J.P.: Bonne journee, K.C. *struts into the nursery with his beak held up high, giving a small nod of awknowledgement to the Junior Fliers*

K.C.: Hello, J.P.! *smiles* Before we'll get to your delivery, there is a question from our Ask or Dare book that needs some answering

J.P.: *eyes widen* What is it?

K.C.: It's from TheReal_Sal_Fisher *hands the Fly Pad to J.P.*

J.P.: I have never answered a question in a long while *takes the Fly Pad* It says... *starts reading* If you had to spend the rest of your life with anyone at T.O.T.S., who would you want it to be?

J.P.: What kind of question is this? *rolls his eyes* I supposed you'd like me to say something like Bodhi or Ava, and while it does seem appealing to stay with them forever, that may not be the most convenient thing for this Super Fabulous Flier *shakes his head*

J.P.: I could always choose someone who could make life lively like K.C., Pip or Freddy, but they seem like too much work to keep up with *beak sets in a straight line as he looks at the three of them, a vaguely apologetic expression on his face* You may or may not take offense...

Freddy: It's alright *shrugs sadly* I understand if some animals don't like me...

Pip: Freddy, I really like you! *places a comforting flipper on the flamingo's shoulder*

K.C.: *raises her eyebrows at Pip, then turns to J.P.* And also, I take full offence to that

Pip: *face remains emotionless* As a brother. You both know that

Freddy: *frowns a little bit*

Pip: *shakes his head* I'm not taking offence to that. It's not worth it

J.P.: I definitely would not want to spend my life with Paulie *shudders at the thought* And while the engineer Mr. Woodbird may be smart and convenient for me, I do not want to deal with his possibly scientific ramblings all the time

J.P.: No. If I would have to choose someone else, it would probably be Captain Beakman. She's... Like my maman *shrugs* I think that is the best way to put it *gives a small laugh* Captain Beakman is wise and usually knows the best thing for everyone

J.P.: No... *shakes his head vigorously* But— My top choice would be myself *points grandly to himself* I, J.P., am, after all, Super Fabulous, and the question didn't say that I'm not allowed to spend the rest of my life with myself, so I would gladly choose that *turns to K.C., Pip and Freddy* And if any of you are faced with the same question, I am always the right answer
