We Talk About Love We Will Probably Never Feel

K.C.: *eyes widen as another notification pops up on the Fly Bad* Guys! We have another question! *stands up*

Pip: *is looking at his flamingo who is just wrapped in his own hoodie and drinking water ever so often but looks at the koala for a few second* Who is it for?

K.C.: *walks over towards them* It's for the three of us!

Freddy: So my head doesn't hurt severely anymore, but there's still a slight headache *clutches his head*

K.C.: Yeah, you're probably healed with your fever! *smiles* Just as long as you keep drinking water, that headache might pass soon

Pip: Or pills *shrugs*

Freddy: Pills are annoying to take so I'll just stick to water *drinks from his bottle again*

Pip: *smiles at the flamingo before looking at the koala* Who is it from?

K.C.: *sits down next to them and crosses her legs* It's from TheReal_Sal_Fisher *hands over the Fly Pad to the penguin*

Pip: *takes the Fly Pad* It says... *starts reading* Do you believe in love at first sight?

Freddy: *tilts his head* Can I answer this first so that I can rest?

K.C.: Sure! *smiles at the flamingo and notices a tomato-coloured penguin hiding his face but doesn't say anything about it*

Freddy: I, personally, don't believe in love at first sight *shakes his head with a look of innocence* It's not because I think it's stupid *takes a sip of water as he subconciously nods his head* It can actually be possible, I wouldn't know *takes another sip as he speaks in a matter-of-fact tone* I haven't actually been in love yet, but I personally don't believe in it

Freddy: I think that for everyone, the right relationship might take two or three tries to get it right, but it's always going to be worth it *shrugs with disbelief* I just don't think that love can blossom within the first few months of meeting each other

Freddy: Besides, poly relationships exist, and I doubt all lovers in those relationships will all meet at the exact same time, which further proves my point of love at first sight not existing *shakes his head with disappointment* Seriously — we need to think about the poly

K.C.: *raises her eyebrows* Did you get this from watching shows?

Freddy: Maybe? *sips his water bottle again*

K.C.: Well, I'll go next *shrugs and clears her throat* Well — I do believe in love at first sight *smiles with pride* Call me a hopeless romantic or a dreamer all you want, but I'd recommend taking another look at me and see if I'm actually of the sort — no shame to actual hopeless romantics, to an extent

K.C.: I think what gives animals, who believe in love at first sight, such a bad reputation are those animals who romanticise a life with a partner a little too much *tilts her head as she thinks* They probably also had a relationship when they were thirteen or something

K.C.: Those animals are concerning, especially if they're willing to jump into a relationship blindly *shakes her head as she realises she strayed from the topic* Well — I believe in it because I believe that I will immediately feel love and connection when I meet the right animal *smiles with determination*

K.C.: *shrugs with a vague smile as she finally releases her honest thought* I think animals only think love at first sight doesn't exist because they haven't met the right animal yet

Freddy: *tilts his head as he drinks water* Did you get that from soulmate fanfiction?

K.C.: *doesn't want her pride to be ruined at the moment* They can be a good source of information!

Pip: Anyway — *patiently waits until their attention is on him* I think love at first sight exists — to an extent *pause* I believe that we're going to find our partner and have an immediate yet invisible connection with them, but I think it will take a while for that connection to form completely

Pip: I think it's going to take a while for a relationship to fully form, and a long while to even recognise those feelings, but I think that everything's going to be steady *shrugs as he summarises* So I think it does exist, but will take a while to actually manifest

Pip: Also, another proof that love at first sight can happen, the moment they delivered my brother to our home, I knew I love him — in a platonic way, of course. I don't do incest *shakes his head with disappointment* Animals are always forgetting about platonic love...
