K.C.: *eyes widen at the notification that popped up from her Fly Pad* We have a new question... *not bothering to get up and just smiles at the two birds*

Pip: *still feels a little insecure with reading on his Fly Pad and practically jumps as the koala spoke up* I was doing nothing!

K.C.: *crosses her arms with a teasing frown* You know, I wasn't suspecting you, but now that you do mention it, what were you doing? Are you still reading fanfiction? Can't believe you're ashamed of that all because—

Pip: Don't. *shakes his head* Don't finish that *hastily keeps his Fly Pad in his backpack, not quite looking at the koala as he replied* And I wasn't reading on the Fly Pad...

K.C.: Mmhmm... *nods, unconvinced*

Freddy: *leaves the babies he's been playing with* Who's the question for?

K.C.: For me, actually *shrugs*

Pip: Who's it from? *raises his eyebrows*

K.C.: It's from Jpxavashipper *shakes her head* I can't believe that some lives actually revolve around ships

Pip: Let's just ignore that fact *shrugs* I'm sure they're trying their best to rehabilitate

Freddy: What's the question? *tilts his head*

K.C.: It says... *starts reading on her Fly Pad* How did you get your job at T.O.T.S. and how long have you been working there?

K.C.: Simple enough... *shrugs* I've been working here for a few years already actually...

Pip: Four years, right? *raises his eyebrows*

K.C.: *shakes her head* Three. *shrugs* Well, how I got my job here was simple enough to explain... *rests her head on her paw as she tries to remember* So my mother had been working here for a while... *gives a small laugh* How she managed to take care of all the babies and still raise the four of us, I have absolutely no idea, but we managed as a family *purses her lips* Sometimes she brings us here though when she's too busy so she could just keep us all in one place

K.C.: I guess through the years I had eventually grew a fondness for the babies *shrugs* I remember helping my mother take care of them, and then I eventually grew to love the job *smiles* Then when my mother resigned and... *bites her lips as she struggled to find the right word to use* ... left us... *lips become a tight line* I sought to take up the job, I guess — filling her place, which was then empty — and I've been working here ever since...

K.C.: It's not really that we don't have money *shakes her head* No, my grandma is quite well-off enough and sends us all money ever so often *bites her lips* I guess it's just that this job had fascinated me so much, and when the opportunity had opened up, I was more than willing to seize it *shrugs* The rest of my siblings took their time with jobs though and establishing a more stable income and finance compared to me, but I don't really mind *smiles* I love it here, and to me, that's all that counts, and I'm sure Ma would agree as well

K.C.: I hope that answers your question! *smiles*
