This Oneshot is all Yamaguchi's POV

"Yamaguchi!!" A petite woman shouted in the empty hall ways. It was 7 am in the Morning, another normal day in Karasuno. The dark green haired guy then turned around, looking at the girl that is running towards him. "Ohayo, Yamaguchi"

The girl smiled, fluttering the boy's heart, "Ohayo, Y/N san" He replied, a small blush crept into his cheeks. "So, what brings you early in the morning? It's unlikely of you" He asked, while looking around the empty halls.

Since Tsukishima is called in sick today, Yamaguchi went to school by himself, and in this kind of hour, he likes to be early in school. Not wanting to push around with the students crowd that will be visible later on.

"Well, I just feel like a c-change!" She answered, but she sound unsure. Yamaguchi knows Y/N, since they were in diapers. He knows when Y/N lies, feel sad, or anything. He knows Y/N that well. He just chuckled at her response. "Where's Tsukki, by the way?"

Yamaguchi blinked, staring at the small woman, standing in front of him. "He called in sick today, thats why he's not here" He casually answered, awkwardly smiling at her. Y/N frowned, and pouted. "Can I visit him? If you will, later"

Y/N asked with sparkles in her eyes, acting cute infrott of Yamaguchi. He slightly laughed by her actions, before nodding. Y/N smile widen of his response. "Really? I'll see you then!"

Yamaguchi just smiled at her, but inside he was hurting.

He likes Y/N for years now, but he was too scared to lose their friendship because of one confession. Y/N is a special person to him, he can't lose Y/N because of his stupid confession. He already knows that Y/N likes Tsukishima. It's too obvious by her actions, but He decided to keep his feelings for her deep in his heart, and accept the fact that
Y/N will never be his.

"Well, I'll head to my clubroom now, See you in class, Yamaguchi!" Y/N then left with a wave, He just nodded and waved back, looking at her petite figure slowly fading in his vision. He left a deep sigh, before walking towards his classroom.

The school ended fast. It was time to go home, meaning its time for Yamaguchi and Y/N to visit Tsukishima.

Yamaguchi was patiently waiting for Y/N in the gates, knowing that She still have club activities. Leaves falling from the trees, and the wind was cold. It was almost Autumn, Yamaguchi's favourite season in the year. But this year, felt different.

Seeing his crush getting more closer to his best friend hurts his poor heart, watching them at the distance, laughing and smiling at each other. He already knows that they will hang out in the Autumn, obviously with him. But, he will see them again, clinging into each others arms, flirting, smiling and laughing like He doesn't exists.

His lips left a sigh, looking around the campus. There are only few students left, and it was almost dark. "Sorry I made you wait, Yamaguchi!" She ran towards him, with her bag on her shoulder. Yamaguchi then turned around to her direction, sweetly smiling at him

"It's okay, I just got here anyways" He lied. Y/N just nodded, still not believing his words. "Well, lets go now?"

Y/N nodded, walking beside Yamaguchi, since he knows the way where Tsukishima lives.
