Jason soared through the sky, breaking through clouds but ending up soaking wet to the bone. He sighed to himself wiping his glasses, cursing in Latin under his breath as his clothes clung to his skin. Today hadn't been his day with the Romans, the senior officers had refused to allow him to build a temple for Kymopoleia at Camp Jupiter. He wanted to keep his promise, partially because he doesn't want to die.Jason briefly stared at the sunset, an odd mix of purple and orange which made him think of both Greek and roman camps. He thought back to the time when Hera took his memory away, all the fake memories the goddess had put in his friend's heads.
Jason missed Leo, he's been dead for quite some time. He missed those cheesy jokes his best friend would always tell. He'd like to have said good-bye to Leo for the final time.
Jason shook his head. He's in a better place, Jason reminded himself, Elysium.
The familiar glint in the pine tree below caught Jason's eye. He remembered (y/n) explaining how Thalia had once been turned into a tree. The thought of (y/n) made his heart skip a beat. He's gained feelings for the daughter of (g/p), although he didn't want them. A few months after the war, he had broken up with Piper. It was a mutual break up, the two of them decided it was for the best.
Jason tugged at his wet shirt as he landed on solid ground. New demigods looked frightened by his sudden appearance. He's been astonished by the new amount of demigods flooding in lately.
Jason scanned the area, looking at a tree his group of friends would always hang out by. His friends were no where in sight. Instead, he could hear loud music. He noticed that the only demigods roaming around were at least younger than fourteen. He looked at every cabin only to find cabin 1 booming with music, demigods his age scattered outside the cabin. The campers either spoke, or were making out with someone. Jason had never been one to go to parties, but he occasionally liked to go. He's sixteen. He needs to have some fun in his life, right?
He sighed again, wondering what Thalia had planned this time. He wondered if Chiron had allowed whatever his sister planned. He stumbled forward, barely able to catch himself. Maybe he was more tired than he thought.
Jason ran a hand through his wet blonde hair, stalking towards his cabin. He felt the song change, changing from a low to more upbeat.
As Jason neared closer, he noticed the couple making out weren't a boy and girl.
It was no other than his friend Nico di Angelo and Will Solace.
Jason was totally fine with Nico and Will dating, he only wished they would be more private about making out, like Hazel and Frank.
Jason awkwardly passed them, avoiding a girl named Rosemary and Malcolm setting up buckets in the trees. Jason winced as Malcolm fell, his yells cut short as he landed on the ground. Jason looked back up to see Rosemary laughing as she began to climb down. It wasn't a high fall, maybe 8-9 feet fall.
Jason continued on and pushed the heavy door that lead inside cabin 1. As soon as he entered, he could hear Percy yelling at the top of his lungs horrified, "Where's the blue food?"
Annabeth nudged his arm teasingly. "Its not a blue food party, seaweed brain," she rolled her grey eyes. Percy and Annabeth waved to Jason, he waved back in return.
He made his way towards his two friends. "Where's Thalia?" He asked. Annabeth pointed to the middle of the cabin, where Jason's other friends danced. The hair dresser that Jason used to store his clothing was pressed up against the wall, a couple of appetizers and drinks scattered on top. Jason's bed was no where in sight, he cursed again. He kicked at the hair dresser, all he really wanted is for everyone to get out.
