4) The Guy Next Door

Jihyo was sitting outside of the school, watching as students going about their day and saw her sister with her friends. In fact, she had time to get away from her own just to relax by herself.
But just in the corner of her eye she saw a boy who shaking his whole body and stared at her. He'd been staring for a long time before Jihyo noticed.

She ought to thought to go up and talk to him.
"Hey..." She first spoke.
He was startled but kept his composure.
"Oh...hi."
"You were just standing here and staring at me." Jihyo smiled.
"S-Sorry, I was contemplating whether I should talk to you." He nervously chuckled.
"Sure, my name is Park Jihyo." She held out her hand.
"I know who you are practically everyone knows who you are. You're the Legend." He smiled sweetly.

"Oh right..." Jihyo sighed.
"My name is Kang Daniel." He finally shook her hand.
"Ah...Kang Daniel? You're the one who helped yesterday and the one who caught me."
Daniel sheepishly nodded, "It was nothing."
"You did save me and I appreciate it."
Jihyo smiled and let him sit beside her.
"Mr Yeon wants to speak to you after school. I was told to tell you." Daniel spoke clearly.
"Great. Do you know why?" She asked, but he shrugged.

"Well... if you ever want to talk... Uh... I'm always next door." He got up.
"You're in Class 2-4?"
"I-... Yes, but I meant that I love... I mean live next to you." He shook his head sheepishly as he tucked his head down.
"Oh, I didn't know you lived next to me."
"I-I just live a few blocks away."
"I'll see you then." Jihyo smiled once again and waved.
"S-See you."

"Talk to her, all you have to do is talk to her."

That's what Momo was told by her friends, she was a bit skeptic so at first, but she agreed to do it.
Just at the start of Home Room, she pulled Dahyun aside.
"Please, hear me out."
"I'm listening." She stood there stone-cold.
"The reason why I lied was that I didn't want you to worry, I didn't want you to feel like you're a bad girlfriend."

Dahyun smiled, "I know."
"You do?"
"Yes, Chaeyoung told me who got it from Mina."
Momo relaxed, "Really? Good, that's good."
"Also girlfriend? Is this official?" Dahyun cheekily smirked.
"I-I guess it is."

"You guys finally made up." Jihyo spoke as the rest of TWICE exited the room.
"Where are you going?" Momo asked.
"We were just told we have to go to Mr Cho's office." Sana replied.
"Do you think it's some heroic business?" Chaeyoung grew excited.
"Don't be silly, but I do hope so." Mina smiled.
