"Hi." He simply said and lightly raised his hand as he smiled at me.

I immediately stepped back when I felt how close we are to each other but he held my wrist when I was about to hit the stall where the bottled water are stacked.

"Sorry for that." He uttered and initiated to stepped back. I cluelessly bowed down and greeted him and he did the same.

I know he was just trying to be friendly with his employees so that we won't get intimidated by him and just act casually whenever he's around, but his presence alone is terrifying that made me want to distance myself to him.

"Ito na po Sir." Rinig kong sabi ng babae sa likod ko kaya humakbang ako pagilid para magbigay ng space.

May inilahad na tatlong bottles ang babae at kinuha naman ito ni Sir Darxon. "Thank you."

"Enjoy the party." He smiled at me before he left and I was nailed on the floor where I was standing.

It was dark on the hall, having only neon lights to light up the room, but I could clearly see how handsome he is earlier. Those curly lashes behind those thick glasses, thick eyebrows, dazzling eyes, pointed nose, everything was full of charm.

He's only wearing a tuxedo and not a costume. Because he's the creator of the game, so he should be the boss of all and with that even himself, was already charming and just the thought of it, made my heart race.

"Ugh, I hate this feeling." I said to myself and composed my thoughts. I left the stall with a bottled water on my hand and went back to the table where my friends are.

"Huy saan ka nanggaling?" Tanong ni Ishaani nang makarating ako sa table namin.

"Kumuha ng tubig." Ani ko sabay taas ng bottle na nasa kamay ko.

"Hinanap ka ni Uriel." Ani Deachy at sumilay ang ngiti. Ganun rin sina Xadrielle at Ishaani habang pinipindot ang tagiliran ko.

"Magsitigil nga kayo." Pagpapatahimik ko sa kanila pero ayaw nilang magpaawat kaya hindi ko sila pinapansin at naglalaro nalang ako sa phone ko.

Bigla namang dumating sina Kaye at Juno sa mesa namin kasama si Uriel at mas lumakas ang asaran nila.

"Andami niyong alam." Tanging sabi ko at ibinalik ang atensyon sa laro. Ngunit biglang hinablot ni Xadrielle ang phone ko at inilagay sa bag niya.

"Andami mo ring excuse." She fired back, and thanks God the event will about to start that made them stop teasing Uriel and I.

But, I was wrong. They invited the three to sit with us since there are four empty chairs, where they will be able to occupy three of it. At eextra pa sana tong si Ishaani na siyang ipagtatabi niya raw kami ni Uriel, pero pinanlakihan ko siya ng mata.

"Masyado ka atang affected Rei." Pabulong na tukso ni Ishaani sa akin.

"Tabi lang naman, wala naman siyang gagawin sa'yo." Humalakhak siya.

"Manahimik ka." Pambabanta ko.

"Kung ayaw mong tumabi sa kanya, iisipin talaga naming may something." Tugon niya na parang bata kung makatukso. Akala niya ata, high school kami at prom ito.

"Kung may something Ishaani, ako pa mismo ang tatabi sa kanya at hindi na ako magpapapilit pa." Direkta kong sabi.

"Ah talaga ba?" Walang interes niyang batid at hindi talaga nagpapigil at nakipagpalit talaga ng upuan kay Uriel.

Ito namang si Uriel, pumayag agad at sa huli ay nagtabi kaming dalawa. Agad akong kinabahan, but I controlled my senses and distract my nervousness.
