"Seryoso? Magcocostume tayo sa acquaintance night?"

Kakatapos lang ng meeting at wala pang limang minuto simula noong ako'y umupo sa pwesto ko, pero alam na nila ang plano para sa acquaintance night. May pakpak nga naman ang chismis. Nagtitipon sila sa cubicle ni Yeri na malapit sa desk ko kaya rinig na rinig ko ang pinag-uusapan nila.

"Miss Rei." Tawag ni Jash sa akin at agad ko naman siyang nilingon. "Totoo? Costume party ang acquaintance night?"

"Ah yeah." I answered. "But only costumes that is related to Chasing Zen, since it's a tribute to Chasing Zen."

"OMG!" Chelsea exclaimed. "I can now imagine what would be my outfit for that night."

"Sanaol." Ani Ishaani. "Sign na ba ito na maglalaro na ako ng Chasing Zen?"

"Same for me, hindi rin ako naglalaro no'n." Tawa ni Maverick.

"Ikaw ba Miss Rei? Naglalaro ka po ba ng Chasing Zen?" Tanong ni Thea.

"Hindi." I chuckled. "Pero naglalaro ako ng LaVille. Naisip ko nga kanina na mag-suggest na lahat nalang ng laro na under ng DZ Games, kaso naalala ko na tribute nga pala sa Chasing Zen, kaya di na ako nagsalita."

But the truth is, I played Chasing Zen a few times dati noong kami pa ng second boyfriend ko. He's a gamer and Chasing Zen is the most popular action game that time, even until now. He taught me how to play the game and I had fun.

Well, it's about looking for a treasure called 'Zen' with the help of your chosen character whose named after the countries in the world, and their own weapons. As for me, my favorite character is Switzerland and her weapon is a watch since Switzerland is known for watches, since its own weapons are based on things which the country is known for. There are some tasks for you before you will going to reach the treasure and there is an estimated time for you to finished your tasks. And if you couldn't finished it, you'll be in jail for about 10 minutes cause it's a crime if you couldn't find where is the zen hidden.

It's fascinating. The graphics, the animation, the story, the characters, the purpose, everything. The game itself is fascinating. But I stopped playing when we broke up, because I will always remember the time when we're both playing together as a team and as a rival. The game reminds me of him, so I stopped playing.

"Snacks niyo raw oh, sabi ni Miss Cohn."

One of the senior accountants from the other side of the department went to us and lend us a box full of variety of baked goods.

"Gusto mo brownies?" Biglang sabi ng isang lalaki, na nagbigay ng snacks namin, kay Kaye.

"Sanaol brownies." Kantyaw ng mga kasama ko kila Kaye.

"Mag-aapologize ka nalang nga, yun pang bigay ng head." Reklamo ni Kaye.

Kumunot ang noo ko. May nangyayari bang hindi ko alam sa loob ng department?

"Pumunta ako sa bahay niyo kagabi, hindi mo ako binuksan. Pagtingin ko sa kwarto mo, kakapatay lang ng ilaw." Batid ng lalaki.

"Sila ba?" Tanong ko sa sarili ko.

"Oo sila." Agad akong napatingin sa taong biglang nagsalita. Si Uriel.

"Matagal na yan sila Juno, mag-iisang taon na rin yan silang dalawa ni Kaye." Dagdag niya at napatango naman ako.

"Sanaol may jowa." Sabi ko habang nakatingin kina Juno at Kaye na patuloy na nagsusuyuan.

"Gusto mo?"

Agad akong napatingin sa kanya dahil sa sinabi niya.

"ng ch-cheesecake po." Wala sa sarili niyang sabi at itinaas ang cheesecake na hawak niya.
