"whats up?"jake asks and i slump down in my seat
"oh nothing. anyway how about we go to the park?"i suggest then they all yell in excitment
"ok lets go"i grab my phone and jacket then we all go outside
"the park is this way"jake points and we start walking. jake gives finn a piggy back ride and i hold maggies hand
"you guys are so cute"i say then i grab my phone and took a quick picture

"when are you leaving?"she asks in her sweet baby voice
"well im leaving in 2 weeks"she smiles then we keep walking
"were here"finn and maggie run to the playground
"ugh kids"jake complains and i giggle. then jake pics me up and carries me all the way to the playground where the kids were

"oh hey laura?"spencer says
"oh hey spencer whats up?"i say and she nods
"im fine. hey i didnt know you had kids and a husband"she says
"what?!?!?"i yell
"what. i thought-"i cut her off
"no spencer this is jake and those kids are his siblings. im babysitting them"she nods in understanding
"oh sorry. well i have to go"she smiles then walks away and i sigh
"well. that was interesting"jake says and I nod in agreement
"We better go. We should get the kids home and make dinner"I stand up then help him up. We walk to the kids then we start walking back home
"Ok kids what do you want for dinner?"I ask
"Can we have spaghetti?"Finn yells excited and I giggle then nod
"I'll help kids just go play"the kids run away together then jake and I go in the kitchen and start making spaghetti
"Can you hand me a pot?"I ask without looking at him. I grab a knife then put it on the counter. Jake puts the pot on the counter then we start. I grabbed the knife but so did jake. I pull my hand away instantly but I could feel jake looking at me so I looked at him. Then he smashed his lips onto mine. It felt. Good. I put my fingers in his hair and kissed him back. Then I imediatly pulled off
"Jake!"I whisper yell
"I'm sorry ok I just had to"he says
"No. I love ross. I can't give up on us"I explain and jake sighs
"How do you know he hasn't given up on you?"he says and I shake my head frustrated
"No ok can you please just go? I'm going to go back for my sisters wedding then I will see him"I smile at the thought
"Yeah ok then you will come back here for three years"he states and I sigh
"I don't even know why I'm here. I don't want to be a teacher. I want to be a singer. I'm ruining everything back home. I'm loosing ross to a slut, my friends tried to help me but I pushed them out, and my mom is pregnant with her second perfect child"I emphasize on the word perfect then lean on the counter
"Why don't you just go home now?"he asks and I shake my head
"I can't. Anyway we should finish dinner"I stand back up normally then we finish dinner. Once were done, we bring the plates into the living room and sit watching TV. Maggie is sitting on my lap, Finn is next to me, and jake is next to Finn.
"Let's watch a movie"jake says then he searches Netflix until we see despicable me. He plays the movie then I lean my head on his shoulder without caring. We are like one big happy family. But this is supposed to be ross. Not jake. Ross isn't here. He's probably sleeping with Carly. I don't fully believe him. I'm sure something happened that he's not telling me. Like maybe they kissed. I grab my phone and text ross what happened
Hey babe I just wanted to tell you that jake kissed me but nothing happened. I pushed him off because I love you. I love you to much to lie
I put my phone back down then rachel walks in
"Mommy!"Maggie jumps off my lap and runs to rachel
"Hey baby"she hugs Maggie
"I made you a plate. It's in the kitchen"I say
"Thank you"she says picking up Maggie and walking into the kitchen
ROSS POV
Hey Carly I was wondering if you wanted to come over and watch a movie with me
Seriously? You aren't mad about what happened?
No because it was also my fault
Oh so did you tell laura?
Nope. What she doesn't know won't hurt her
Ok fine yeah I'll be over in a little bit
I put my phone down then rydel walks in
"Hey mom thinks that you could invite Carly to the wedding"I nod
"Thanks she's coming over so I can tell her then"she walks in
"I know you miss laura. We all do. But be careful with Carly. Don't do anything stupid"I nod again then she leaves. And Carly walks in
"Yay your here"she walks in and I give her a small hug
"So what movie are we going to watch?"she asks getting in my bed
"How about Romeo and Juliet?"I ask getting in next to her. She nods then I find it and play it
"Do you want to go to my brothers wedding with me?"I ask a few minutes later
"Oh the one lauras going to? No"she looks back at the TV
"Please? Look laura told me that some guy named jake kissed her so who knows what's going on with them"I complain
"I think you need some time. How about after today, we don't talk until the wedding then when both laura and I are there you can't decide"she says
"No. I don't know what's going to happen to laura and I. All I know is that I want to spend more time with you now"she smiles and snuggle more into my chest and we watch the movie
