Chapter 25

The next day

Cole's POV

I woke up on the couch. I had totally forgotten that I had passed out last night. My phone was next to me, so I decided to check and see what time it was.

9:36am

I had also noticed that I had a lot of notifications from Instagram. So I went to check it out.
And I saw that it was a post about Riverdale getting renewed for a season 5. And millions of people were tagging me in posts. So I turned of my notifications. I had realized that Lili was still in bed, so I went upstairs and she was cuddled up in the blanket. I sat down right next to her, and slowly laid down so my face and her face were close. I kissed her lips a few times, before she started to wake up.

Cole: Good morning my love.
Lili: Morning. (Smiles)

They both got up and ate breakfast. Since it was a hot day, they decided to go swimming. They got changed and went outside. But Lili wanted to tan while Cole jumped into their pool.

Cole: Lils. You gonna get in the pool?

Lili: I don't know, maybe.

Cole: Well to bad.

Cole got out and went over to Lili.

Lili: Cole, don't you dare throw me in the pool.

Cole: We'll see about that. (Chuckles)

Cole picked her up and walked over to the pool.
Lili tried squirming out of his arms but she couldn't.

Lili: Cole put me down!

He just laughed. Cole then threw her in the pool, and jumped in right after her.

Lili: Coleee! Why did you do that?!

Cole: Because I love youuuu. (Smirks)

Lili: Well I love you too, but that wasn't funny.

Cole: It was really funny. (Chuckles)

Lili: Yeah ok.

Cole: Come here Lili babes.

Lili swam over to Cole and he picked her up and put her on his lap.

Cole: I'm sorry love.

Lili: Cole honey, it's ok. I was joking. (Giggles)

She kissed him on the lips. Afterwards they swam for a while, then eventually got out. They both dried off, and went inside.

Lili: I'm hungryyy.

Cole just laughed.

Cole: Ok love. Let's go to the kitchen and make something.

They went into the kitchen and Cole picked Lili up and put her on the counter.

Cole: Do you want me to make you a grilled cheese?

Lili: That sounds good.

Cole: Ok. (Smiles)

He gave her a quick kiss and made her sandwich. Cole helped her off the counter and the two went back out to the living room. They sat down on the couch and Lili ate. And of course Cole stole half her sandwich.
