Cole and I were packing for Vancouver. We decided to drive instead of flying, just in case we needed to go home earlier. Cole had his bag packed and he started helping me pack mine.
Lili: Thank you my love. (Smiles)
Cole: For what?
Lili: For helping me pack.
Cole: Lil you don't have to thank me love. Ok?
Lili: ok. But anyways I have a question.
Cole: What is it?
Lili: So, um.
Lili started fiddling with her fingers. Cole had noticed and took her hands into his.
Cole: Love, it's ok. Just ask me.
Lili: I know we are both pretty private people. And I want to keep it that way. But I want to announce to everyone online that we are expecting a baby. I mean we're gonna have to eventually. So I just want to do it now so it's done and over with.
Cole: Lili. If that's want you want, then it's ok.
Lili: I didn't ask you just for you to lie and say yes. Your opinion matters too. This is not just MY baby, it's our baby. And yeah I'm fucking scared, and I'm sure the shit not ready. But I have to say something so people don't think I'm a fat ass.
Lili looked down and Cole then proceeded to lift her chin up with his finger.
Cole: Everything is gonna be ok. We are in this together. So if you want to then go ahead. If anything happens, you come to me, and I will take care of it.
Lili: o-ok.
Cole: Lili baby, I love you so much. And it kills me to see you in pain. Both mentally and physically.
Lili: I love you so much too.(smiles)
Cole picked Lili up and spun her around while they kissed. Lili pulled away and just looked in his sparkling green eyes.
Cole: How about you go make a post, and I'll edit the engagement, and gender reveal photos.
Lili: Sounds good.
She kissed him one last time and he put her down. Cole went into his office and Lili sat on the couch. She turned on the tv as background noise.
"Here goes nothing" she quietly said.
Lili quickly made it and posted it. Before she checked the comments she posted something on her story as well. She waited a few more minutes then checked the comments.
