Chapter 31

Today was the day that Lili and Cole found out if they were having a boy or girl. Since they had a huge house and backyard, they had the party there. Lili's baby bump was a little more visible. She wore a tight white dress that showed her bump. Lili felt very confident in her body. For once she didn't feel fat or disgusting.
(No I don't think Lili is fat or disgusting, Lili is very beautiful, it's just for the story.)
Lili wasn't always confident in her body, but today she was. Cole knew and he always hyped her up and always made her feel loved.

Cole: You look beautiful my love.

Lili: Thank you. (Smiles)

Cole: So your parents should be here soon.

Lili: Ok.

Lili walked over to Cole and hugged him, and she wouldn't let go.

Cole: Lili, my love, are you ok?

Lili: I'm fine. A little nervous that's all. And I just want some love.

Cole: It's gonna be alright.

Lili: I know.

Cole gave her a kiss on the head and she continued to hug him, until there was a knock on the door. They both looked at each other. Lili got much more nervous. She started to breathe heavier and faster.

Cole: Love look at me, you are ok. Just go upstairs and take a breather. And when your ready come down. Ok?

Lili: Ok.

Lili went upstairs and Cole got the door.
And both Dan and Amy stood in front on him.

Cole: Hey guys! Thanks for coming!

Amy: Thank you for having us! (Smiles)

Dan: Where's Lili?

Cole: She's upstairs. But come in!

They walked in, took off their shoes, and sat on the couch. Lili then came downstairs. Amy got up and hugged her daughter.

Amy: I missed you sweetheart.

Lili: I missed you too mom.

Amy looked at Lili.

Amy: I like your dress. Are you guys going somewhere?

Lili: No, we're having a party.

Dan: Oh. Do you want us to leave?

Lili: No, your good.

Amy: You sure?

Cole: Yes. I was the one who asked you guys to come out. You can stay. We wanted you at the party.

Lili: Anyways, we wanted to show you something. Come with me.

She stood up and they all walked to the kitchen.

Lili: So Cole and I redecorated the front of a refrigerator. Do you like it?

Dan and Amy looked at it and saw the ultrasound picture. Dan pulled it off the fridge and both of them looked at it then back up at Cole and Lili.

Amy: Are you pregnant?!

Lili: Maybe. (Smiles)

Both Amy and Dan gave Lili and Cole a huge hug.

Dan: Congrats guys!!

Cole: So know you know, the reason I asked you to come is because, today is the gender reveal.

Amy: Really? (Smiles)

Lili: Yeah.

Dan: What do you guys want?

Lili: Girl. I want a little me and Cole wants a little girl.

A few hours later

Everyone was at the party and Lili was talking to people, when Duan came up to her.

Duan: Hey Lils, just wanted to let you know that I have the balloon in my car.

Lili: Thank you so much Duan. For everything.

Duan: Anytime! (Smiles)

Duan walked away and Lili went over to Cole.

Lili: Hi.

Cole: Hey love. Are you hungry?

Lili: Kinda.

Cole: Let's go get something to eat then. Ok? Then we can find out if we're having a boy or girl.

Lili: ok.

Cole held Lili's hand. They got food and sat down. Cole started eating while Lili on the other hand just stared at her plate. Cole noticed and he took her inside to the living room. Luckily no one was inside.

Cole: Lils, honey. Are you ok?

Lili: I'm such a fucking pig! I thought for once, I was pretty, but I'm just a ugly fat bitch!(Cries)

Cole pulled Lili into a hug.

Cole: Lili, listen to me. Your not fat and you aren't ugly. You are the most beautiful woman to walk on this earth. Honey, your eating for two now, so it's ok to eat a little more. But that doesn't make you fat. I love you. And don't ever think for a second your ugly or fat. Because you not, ok?

He sat down on the couch with her and just held her.

Lili: I love you(cries)

Cole: Oh Lils, I love you too. I will always love you. And did I mention how beautiful you look in that dress?

Lili: (giggles)

Lili pecked Cole's lips and giggled quietly. Eventually it was time for the reveal. The two got up and went outside. Duan gave the ballon to Cole. And Lili held a needle.

Duan: Ok on 3. Ready?

Cole&Lili: Yes.

Everyone: 1! 2! 3!

Lili popped the balloon and Cole pulled Lili close to him and kissed her, as pink confetti surrounded them.

Cole: We are having a girl Lils! (Cries)

Lili: We are my love! (Smiles)
