my heart stopped beating in my chest as the monotone computer voice read the donation. my eyes scanned the text two or three times, processing the words. as my breath picked up i came to a realization.

"ha ha. verrrrry funny guys. george is asleep right now." i said to the stream as i rolled my eyes, trying to brush off any signs of embarrassment, "plus, he always donates on my streams as GeorgeNotFound so, points deducted for that." i added on as i began to load up among us. while i waited for it to load another donation came on my screen.

i laughed as i read the donation on my screen, mimicking the emojis.

"don't worry about it. it was almost a good prank." i smiled at the camera as the game loaded up. "i think we should get some more people in here, what do you all think?" i asked my friends as i raised my eyebrows. they said yes as i pinged dream, tommy and sapnap. i pinged george as well even though i knew he was asleep.

i read my message out to my stream, chat saying it was the perfect way to get them on the game. i quickly added that i was streaming so they wouldn't say anything they would regret. clay joined in first, yawning as he said hello.

"well hello there sleeping beauty," i said, "did you seriously just wake up?"

he scoffed as he responded, "uh, no? I've actually been up for at least three hours. I'm just such a hard working man." he said, emphasizing his words.

"that was the most disgusting thing to ever come out of your mouth i think." val said. we all immediately agreed with her. he gasped in offense as sapnap and tommy joined the call a few seconds later. as we waited for everyone to load up the game, i moved my face cam to block the code and typed it in. my character jumped off the seats and i ran around, waiting for everyone else to join. everyone joined in, i had my little astronaut pets running beside me and on my head as the game began to start.

"okay! everyone mute!" bella said. we all did as she said.

"no one else is streaming so chat gets to be free!" i said to my stream after i had muted my microphone. the rattle of the game selection played in my headphones as the word crew mate flashed on my screen. i let my breath out and made my way to admin to swipe my card. "i loooove being imposter but being crew first is so much better." i said as i made my way to asteroids. as i was hitting the last asteroid, i saw nick jump out of the vent in front of me. i gasped and moved as fast as my little character would go toward the emergency meeting button. i spammed it until it finally clicked. i quickly unmuted and screamed to my friends.

"I SAW NICK VENT I SAW NICK VENT." i yelled before anyone even had the chance to talk. before he could have a chance to defend himself, i began to speak again, "i was in navigation doing the asteroids and i had just finished. right as the asteroids screen disappeared, i saw nick vent in." i sat back in my chair, waiting for their responses. it was quiet for a few seconds before nick spoke up.

"now that's just stupid-"

"NICK SHUT UP WE BOTH KNOW YOU VENTED." i cut him off as i clicked on his name and voted. the small i voted icon popped up next to tommy's name.

"tommy???" nick asked as he looked at the screen.

"i will be honest big man, i voted for you because i believe y/n, but i'm also too afraid of her coming after me." he said as the timer continued to count down.

"WE ARE ALMOST OUT OF TIME GET HIM OUT!" i yelled as my friends slowly voted, hopefully for nick. as the timer ran out, everyone had voted for him, expect for his vote for me.

"fuck you y/n," he said as his character was thrown into space. the words Sapdaddy was an imposter illuminated the screen, "fuck all of you." i yelled in triumph as my plan succeeded before re-muting myself and getting back to the game. i made my way down to storage to do the fuel task. as i was passing through reactor, a dead body was called.

"I SAW VAL KILL BELLA. IN ELECTRICAL. I SAW IT." eleanor yelled as everyone began to unmute themselves to listen to the arguments.

"eleanor I'm literally in medbay I have not seen you." val said nonchalantly. clay chimed in.

"um actually val, i am in medbay and haven't seen you...so." he trailed off as the i voted popped up next to his name. soon everyone voted as well, all votes going toward her.

"you know what clay I'm breaking up with you." she said as her astronaut drifted off into space.

"WHAT?!" i screamed as she spoke. i three my headphones off of my head and ran to her room. "WHAT????" i yelled again from inside her doorframe. my yelling could be heard on my stream through the voice call. she spun around in her chair and gave me a small, slightly frightened smile. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?????" i yelled again, throwing my hands up into the air.

"I WAS GOING TO!!" she responded, "but I just...never...found the right time..." she flinched as she spoke, awaiting my next scream to echo through the apartment.

"you know what? whatever. i don't even care.it's not like I'm your best friend it anything." i said as i pursed my lips together.

"well, you are right," val said, laughing. "which is exactly how i knew you would react like this." she added, blowing me a big fake kiss. i rolled my eyes and a flipped her off, making my way down the hallway back into my room. i got back into my room and sat back on my chair. i put my headphones back on and looked at the screen. i had been brutally murdered while i was afk and now i had to complete the tasks as ghost. before i muted, i left a nice message for my friends.

"fuck you all."
