WITH A LOUD GASP, Abby had woken up from her unconscious state. They used the EMP device on her instead of Ontari, who was clinically brain dead and she was basically no use for them now.

Falo sat with her back against the throne, her legs spread out as she stared at the wall. She held the Flame in her hand, staring down at it with tears in her eyes, her thumb rubbing over the symbol etched into the Flame.

I miss Lexa so much, she thought to herself. She wiped the tears from her eyes, breathing in deeply. But warriors do not mourn until the war is over. We fight until the end of it. But sadly war never ends.

Falo bit back her laughter. She knew they weren't going to win this war, it was already over unless they could find another Nightblood to find the kill code in the Flame.

The Trikru girl wished Becca would've wrote it down in her journal instead of the Flame.

Clarke suddenly got to her feet, snapping Falo back into reality. "I told you. Ontari's no longer an option for the Flame. She's brain dead," she glanced back at Falo, frowning, then back to Murphy and Bellamy. "Is the floor secure?"

Bellamy nodded. "For now. Jaha and the other guards are tied up in a bedroom."

"We took out the elevator and the ladder as we climbed," Pike added. "The stair's are collapsed. No one's following us."

Falo stared at Pike, momentarily holding his gaze with a cold rage in her eyes. She didn't like that they were completely destroying her home, but she couldn't be mad, this is what war was.

"Good," Clarke nodded. "Then we have time."

Falo furrowed her eyebrows, lazily turning her attention to Clarke as she spoke up. "Time for what? Losing? Dying?"

"No, an ascension ceremony."

"Ascension?" Murphy implored. "You just said Ontari wasn't an option. Besides she's still chipped and we no longer have an EMP."

Clarke pursed her lips. "We're not putting the Flame in Ontari's head. We're putting it in mine."

Falo's blood ran cold, causing her to jump to her feet, the Flame still in hand. Did Clarke not know how insane that was? Did Clarke not know it would kill her in seconds

Any non-nightbloods who try to put it in their head will die, their brain completely liquidating.

Bellamy raised his eyebrows, seeming to think what Falo was. "Clarke, that thing killed Emerson in seconds. Liquefied his brain."

Falo walked over to everyone, standing by Bellamy as Clarke continued to explain her psychotic idea that was going to result in her death. Luckily Falo wouldn't let her take it.
