FALO FELT LIKE SHE COULDN'T BREATHE. The brunette didn't even notice when there was rain sprinkling on her body, all she could do was stare at the ship engulfed in flames.

With time running out, Falo wasn't sure how much time they had left, or what they would be able to do to save the last of the human race.

Falo glanced down at Jaha, who had his back pressed against the wall of the camp, his arm bleeding out. She widened her eyes and rushed to him, ripping a part of her sleeve off. She got down on her knees and tied it securely around his arm.

"When it comes, it'll be colorless." Jaha muttered. Falo swallowed thickly, knowing he meant the rain will soon be colorless.

Falo barely managed to respond. "How will we know?"

"Pain. Chaos. Death."

Her stomach twisted, but she tried to keep a straight face on, trying to hold onto that last shred of hope. Suddenly, she pulled out the coin they found at the bunker. Jaha widened his eyes in surprise.

"I've seen the Second Dawn symbol before at Polis," she sighed. "Do you think another bunker is there somewhere?"

He shrugged. "Maybe. I don't know."

"Well, if this nightblood solution doesn't work, we'll find that bunker."

Jaha smiled. "I know we will."

"Then while I'm gone, go back to Polis and find it, okay?"

"I will." he smiled reassuringly.

She returned the smile, extremely glad he was a lot more convinced with finding a new solution than she ever could be, but she really was trying to hold onto that hope.

And she had to, for her people.

A FEW HOURS LATER, Falo headed to the information center of the Arkadia. She was the last to arrive, taking her spot next to Bellamy, who gave her a faint smile. Earlier, Clarke explained to everyone why Falo had been so angry at Skaikru, and they all understood, especially Octavia, Monty, Kane, Harper, and Bellamy.

From across the room, Harper gave her a smile, along with Monty and Harper, which she sadly returned. She regretted getting so mad about them wanting to save only themselves.

"Okay, so," Monty started. "Sectors three, four, and five sustained the most damage. We lost the server room, all of our processors and life support systems, and half of our living quarters. Now, back up power will keep the lights on at night in the rooms that survived, but we'll have no heat or running water, and no way to restore it or reseal the ship before the radiation gets here."
