SHAW HAD BEEN BURIED RIGHT OUTSIDE THE RADIATION SHIELD. It wasn't much, but for now, it was all they could really could. They had a mission to get to the people of planet Alpha and their city, they didn't have time to find a proper burial sight right now, all they could do was hold a small funeral then continue on the mission. Falo didn't know Shaw that well, all she knew is that he was a good man who was trying to redeem himself after he was forced to be the Eligius prisoners pilot despite that he kissed Raven, knowing she was in a relationship, he was still a good man.

That same night, Falo wasn't able to sleep much because she kept seeing Rio everywhere she looked, and the commanders were whispering in her head, telling her that sleep is for the weak, and she is surely not. So, she simply stayed sitting up and stared at the mountains in the distance.

What she didn't know was that it was only one commander who was trying to possess her body and take control of her until the day she actually died.

The next day, they climbed hills early in the morning, the hills covered in red bushes. None of them really stopped to stare at the sunrise, they simply continued to walk.

"What kind of people have a radiation fence?" Emori wondered out loud, breaking the ice.

"The kind of people who want to keep something out." Falo admonished. She glanced at the mountains in the distance to see Rio again. She shook her head and looked to Clarke, who nodded in agreement. Murphy gave Clarke and Falo a roll of his eyes. Falo internally rolled her own eyes at Murphy.

Nobody was giving Clarke or Falo the time nor day, none of them would forgive them for their actions on Earth. Falo felt anger that nobody but Echo and Bellamy forgave them for wanting to protect Madi. They all vowed to do better, but how could they do better if some of them wouldn't let go of the grudge that happened over a hundred years ago.

Bellamy held the gadget Shaw once held. "Beacon should be up ahead." he announced, shoving it in his pocket.

Clarke sighed. "Wasn't Raven with him?" she frowned.

"Yeah, that's why we'll say he died a hero." Falo said simply. She could see the look on Raven's face when they would tell her that Shaw, her boyfriend, died the first day they landed. She would be hurt for a little, but she would hopefully get over it in time.

"Look," Murphy spoke up, mustering up the courage to speak the words no one else would ever dare speak. "I do hate to make this about us, but-"

"Then don't," Clarke cut him off. "Shaw saved your life, Murphy."

"I'm aware. I'm also aware that we just lost our pilot," Murphy jabbed at Clarke. "Madi's still up there. Neither of you are worried you're never gonna see her again?"
