FALO COULD FEEL THAT TODAY WAS GOING TO BE A GREAT DAY. The brunette felt a tad awful for leaving Octavia for dead after blaming her for breaking Wonkru, and for not being able to at least try and break the cycle like Falo once tried to do over a hundred years ago on Earth before McCreary ruined it all for them. Falo knew that Octavia was either figuring out ways to kill them all or she was going after the enemy to give herself some sort of honorary death that she would never deserve ever again. But she tried to forget she left Octavia behind, she tried to force herself to think that Octavia and Blodreina died in that gorge, because for the first time in a long time, she felt like this was a new beginning.

Two plainly dressed men were decorating a delicious looking cake. It was standing tall on the wooden, covered in blue frosting and embellished with white frosted decorations, or fondant as they called it, which surely amazed Falo. She wasn't sure if she'd ever actually had cake, so that made her excited to try it later on this evening.

Falo made her way to Clarke who jumped out of her seat, opening her arms wide, beaming. Falo chuckled, sliding her hands into the back of Clarke's pockets, pulling her body close to hers. Clarke slid her hands up Falo's shirt, warming her hands up.

"Hey, you up for lots of dancing tonight?" Clarke beamed, biting her lower lip.

"I am so ready," Falo chuckled. "If you can keep up that is."

"I'll be able to keep up. Don't you worry. I'll be better than you." Clarke rolled her eyes.

"Okay, whatever you say." she pressed her lips to Clarke's, enjoying the melt-worthy kiss, sparks would probably be flying right now if they could.

Clarke sighed, pulling away, her eyes flitting over the crowd. "Do you think everything here is. . . odd? We don't know anything about them except that they're descendants from the first four families who landed here," she turned back to Falo. "They don't sit right with me."

"They're just different from us," Falo deadpanned. "They've probably never been in a war because of their radiation shield, it's most likely kept them safe. They've never witnessed war and brutal deaths before. They've always been at peace," she inhaled sharply. "And we've seen it all. We're used to war and death. We don't really know what peace is because we've been surviving our whole lives. The only time we were at peace was on Earth in Eden. Try to. . . relax."

"I'll try." Clarke told her, knowing she did make some very valid points about that.

Falo understood why she felt like she did, even she felt like that sometimes while they were here in this building, especially when they first met these people. They were odd, but she decided to not question it.
