I feel like taking huge bounds into creative uniqueness through these chapters, like getting a second second pokemon on Route 103, and having it NOT be a Ralts xP Also I'm thinking of kicking Kokiri out of the story for a while, I think he's dragging the story down and I wanna to see what you think of him not being here. Maybe you don't like John character and would prefer to see stuff from Kokiri's Pov? Ah well, epic (on my standards) fight time.

"Seedot." The little acorn jumped a bit, signaling that this is where they should stop. John parted through the bushes being careful not to cause a ruckus that'd call attention to the Zigzagoon gang they were stalking. (Yes, a group of Zigzagoons is called a gang.) They've been following these Raccoon like pokemon that are supposedly the group that supposedly took Trapinch and Dreamer. But this is all off of understanding "Seedot See."

Kokiri peered over the tall grass surrounding the clearing they arrived at. "Dreamer and Trapinch are knocked out and laying by your backpack, all your shit is just littered all over the place, but it seems strangely organized." Kokiri whispered back to John.

"Aw what? We need to rescue our pokemon AND pick my stuff up? I should've never agreed to go on this adventure." John teased then looked over the grass himself.

"Grow up." Kokiri chuckled back.

As he says that a sleek pokemon with milky tan fur, brown stipes, and blue eyes walks out into the clearing. It stops about half way in then turns before moving again. The zigzagoon bark at it, but in more of a welcoming way.

"That's a Linoone, I hear that trainers who use them think they're tough. Who knows what a wild Linoone will do though? ... I bet if we defeat the Linoone it's cronies will scatter to comprehend their leader's defeat... unless there are 2 Linoone. Which would suck." John spoke up.

"Seedot Seedot!" Despite it's cheery little bounces, it kept it's serious face.

"Yea Yea, that's where you come in." John backed away from the grass and put an Oran berry he picked on Seedot's head.

John then picked Seedot up off the ground and stood up slowly and quietly... and chucked it feet first at the Linoone.

Seedot flew through the air, elegantly and almost in slow motion, but a tear came to it's eye. The wind on it's face, the excitement of such speed. It was like a dream come true! Seedot was flying! Until he hit the ground 3 meters away from Linoone and rolled to a stop right in front of it.

"Seedot Seedot!" The Seedot stood up, unburdened by the Oran Berry that was still on it's head. Supposedly Seedot's goal is to rational with the pokemon and use Bide if they attack, in which the Oran berry will heal seedot and let it dish out hits that'd ruin a zigzagoon, hopefully scaring them off.

The Oran backfires (not that I intended it to work anyways. Older pokemon like Linoone have enough experience to know that Trainers will repeatedly come for their pokemon so by holding them hostage they can constantly loot the unprotected trainers.) while Seedot demands the release the Linoone just eyes up the Oran and barks out commands to the other Zigzagoon.

The Zigzagoon surround the Seedot and sit down, as if spectating. The Linoone walks up to the Seedot and smacks it away, the seedot bounces around, not having moved a muscle. The Zigzagoon laugh and start rolling around as if trying to mock how Seedot bounced.

The Linoone walks over to the Seedot, who still isn't moving, and scoffs at it's puny display of force, and it bats it away like it's a ball. Seedot Rolls a small distance occasionally bouncing because of it's figure (an acorn) then rolls to a stop, facing the Linoone. The Linoone charges the Seedot, enraged that it still lives after being hit twice! After a short sprint the Linoone pounces at the Seedot.

A bright flash of energy exploded.

That's all that could decribe what Seedot did to Linoone. The reason Seedot couldn't move was because it went rigid with the move Bide, which takes all incoming damage, doubles it, then returns it to it's target... who happened to be Linoone.

Seedot flung the berry off it's head and onto the ground where it (Somehow) ate it and healed some of the scuffs the Linoone had left. The zigzagoon were already fleeing and one of them stole Seedot's berry with it's ability Pick Up.

"Victory by an underdog." John said as the two boys stood up.

"You said that like it's a popular phrase." Kokiri snarked back. (I don't actually know what snarking is but I wanted to sound cool :3)

"See." Seedot responded as it practically skipped over to John.

"I think that's the most emotion I've ever seen you show." John chuckled then pet Seedot on the head. "Thanks for agreeing to help us out. Hey, I have an idea! Would you like to come with me on my adventure? We're gunnin' for Champion title but we still like to have fun!" John sat down in front of the Seedot and smiled.

"See." It responded as emotionless as ever.

John reached out with a pokeball he retrieved from his backpack and that he bought in Oldale Town, before his head was bountied, and Seedot pressed the button and entered the ball. Which didn't wiggle at all and instead just clicked.

"Interesting, most pokemon try to resist being captured, even if they agree to it." Kokiri commented as John picked the ball up and stashed it on his Official Class Pokeball Connector Master Trainer Belt, or the OCPCMTB. John found it easier to call it a belt.

John also went to go pick up Tapinch, who apparently was knocked out by the Linoone, Kokiri did the same and found the same results, but with extra bite marks from the Zigzagoon probably.

"It's only mid afternoon, should we rest up or push on to Petalburg?" Kokiri stood up and carried Dreamer in his pocket, his head sticking out and his tongue lolling out of it's head.

John suppressed a chuckle at Dreamer's condition. "We should rest up, it doesn't like Dreamer can fight in that state."

"I guess your bug can't fight either like that!" Kokiri pointed at John's arms, more exactly at Trapinch in John's arms, and John saw that Trapinch's eyes were all swirly too, it's jaw was hanging in the breeze and so was it's tongue.

"Ah come on man, don't call him a bug! What if he grows up to be a dragon instead?" John whined back.

"Then I'll take a bath in Repel and try to catch a Ninjask. How can an ant lion become a dragon like Dreamer's final evolution? Salamence is a real dragon." Kokiri sarcastically responded then beamed with pride.

"Just shut up, I have a feeling I'm going to prove you wrong." John stubbornly responded then turned around, picked up his bag, and started setting a camp up.

"I can't wait." Kokiri responded, barely sarcastic, as he helped John out.
