Chapter 6

3rd Person View

It was now the 1st week of September, approximately 2 months since Ruby transferred. She now has a lot of friends, considering she had a hard time back then.

Even the author was suprise to see that she made a lot of friends. Another thing the author didn't see coming was Dyrroth having friends other than Ruby.

Although he doesn't call them friends, he still acknowledges their presence. Whenever Ruby eats with Lesley, Kagura, Hayabusa, Alucard and Granger. Dyrroth eats with Guinevere and Gusion.

The trio actually was helping each other, well Guinevere doesn't need help but she just likes hanging out with them.

Gusion and Dyrroth were the two persons who needed help. For Dyrroth, he wanted to know why Ruby wants to eat with Alucard and for Gusion, he wants to know Lesley's relationship with Granger. He was paranoid if Lesley likes Granger.

Gusion knows he shouldn't be like that since they weren't even dating. But he just wanted to make sure.

There were times as well when Ruby doesn't eat with the group. Whenever that happens, she usually eats with Dyrroth. Moving her chair and connecting it to the demon's. She also listens to to his stories whenever Dyrroth tells her something.

The 2 were actually close.... well half close. Ruby now knows a lot of things about Dyrroth, like how he became a demon and what not. But the demon doesn't know much about Ruby. He only knows she hates being called short and that she lives with her grandparents. Aside from that, nothing.

So today Dyrroth was willing to know why Ruby wanted to get close with Alucard. He had a plan, when it is their lunch break, he'll pull her to the janitor's closet and ask her.

A few boring hours later....

"Finally, lunch time!" Dyrroth shouted in his mind. He stood up and walked in front of Ruby.

Ruby then lifted her right eyebrow when she saw Dyrroth standing in front of her with his arms crossed.

"We need to talk." Dyrroth said as she pulled Ruby up to her seat and out the door. Ruby was already used to him pulling her, so she wasn't even fighting back.

They then stopped in front of the door of the janitor's closet. Ruby then got suprised when Dyrroth opened the door and pushed her in.

"What are we doi-" Ruby was cut off when Dyrroth locked the door quickly  and opened the lights.

"What are we going to talk about?" Ruby said getting weirded by the fact that they were inside the janitor's closet.

"You have some explaining to do, I need you to tell me why you want to get close with that Hunter." Dyrroth said not taking his eyes off of Ruby.

The blonde girl then blushed by his question, she then just realized that Dyrroth doesn't know yet.

Dyrroth who noticed Ruby blushing then began grinning. "You like him don't you?" Dyrroth said.

Ruby then debated whether to tell him or not. After a few careful thinking, Ruby decided to tell him since he was one of his "friends".

"Fine! I like him! Happy? You plan to blackmail me now?" Ruby said crossing her arms as she stared eyes with the demon, hoping he won't do the last part.

Dyrroth then sighed. "You humans with your lust." Dyrroth said face-palming. Ruby again blushed by what he said.

"W-What?! It's n-not lust you IDIOT! I like him because he's nice to me, funny and handsome. Unlike you!" Ruby shouted at Dyrroth. Luckily for them, no one was near the janitor's closet so no one could hear them.
