Chapter 5

3rd Person View

Weeks have already passed since Ruby transferred. At this point, people were already used to Dyrroth following Ruby.

The Duo usually eats together with Lesley or Kagura, sometimes both. Dyrroth though doesn't consider them as friends.

Dyrroth never brings his own food, since he usually eats whatever Ruby gives her. The Demon wasn't picky, he was just happy to be given free food. So it was a suprise to him that Ruby won't be eating with him today.

"WHAT?!" Dyrroth couldn't believe what he had just heard from the blonde. "Am I not free to eat with whomever I like?" Ruby asked Dyrroth while placing her chin on her hand.

"Why would you want to eat with that pale blonde bastard?" Dyrroth complained. "Why am I even telling you this? I don't need your permission just to eat with somebody." Ruby said as she stood up.

She walked through the door and ignored the demon who was frustrated behind her.

"Arghhh..." Dyrroth stood up as well, he was finding something to pass the time. He went up the stairs and searched through the halls.

Dyrroth was on the floor of the 4th years. The 4th and 5th year students were different from the others. They mostly focus on combat.

After searching a while, he stopped in front of a wooden door. But before he could touch the handle a female voice spoke behind him.

"What is the prince doing here?" The voice said. After hearing the voice, Dyrroth immediately knew it was Selena.

He turned around and saw the elf with her pet. "If you're looking for Moskov, he's at the cafeteria." Selena presumed.

"Cafeteria." The word echoed through Dyrroth's head. He hated the word. "Don't mention even the slightest things associated with cafeteria." He was mad.

He just couldn't understand why Ruby wanted to eat with that disgusting Alucard. He then tried his best to just forget about it.

"So what brings you here? Didn't you have a girlfriend or something." Selena asked.

Dyrroth then looked at Selena with glowing eyes. "The girl ain't my friend, much less my girlfriend. She just gives me company." Dyrroth stated.

"If she does gives you company, why are you here?" Selena asked confused. "Ruby had other plans." Dyrroth said as he grumbled.

"Ohhhh, is the Prince sad since his friend abandoned him?" Selena said with a mocking voice.

"She probably had a better things to do than to babysit you." Selena added, making the demon angry.

Selena now was pitying the prince in front of her, she then gave him an idea on what to do. "Why not just look or spy on what she is doing and not look pathetic here."

Dyrroth then stared at Selena for a few seconds. "Thanks for the idea, I'll see you later." Dyrroth then dashed through the hallway. As he was running he greeted Moskov who was walking.

As he left, Moskov went straight to Selena. "What did you do?" Moskov asked. Selena then grinned and answered, "Oh you know, just gave him an idea so that he could leave."

Moskov then nodded and the two went inside their room.

Ruby was sitting in the middle of Lesley and Kagura. They were eating with Granger and Alucard.

"Why am I here again? I much prefer not being with you." Granger asked looking at Alucard as he took a bite at his sandwich.

The group were all talking to each other except for Ruby, she wasn't comfortable yet. Probably because her crush Alucard was in front of her....probably.
