3rd Person View

Ruby was woken up by her new pet dragon. It has been a couple of weeks since her birthday. She enjoyed her birthday, except for the part that she was heart broken.

Ruby didn't think that she would enjoy her birthday after the whole Alucard thing. But thanks to her friend Dyrroth, she was still able to happily celebrate it.

Ruby then recalled what happend that night. Dyrroth was invited to stay for dinner. She could tell that Dyrroth wasn't used to being in another person's home. The demon was nervous at everything during the time.

"Yeah, I should probably warn him next time." Ruby thought as she readies herself. She and the dragon then went down stairs to eat.

While eating, her grandparents asked her some question. "Ruby dear, where did you say your friend was from again?" Her grandma asked.

"He lived in the Abyss, although for now he lives with his sister since they both study at the Academy." Ruby answered. "How did you become friends?" This time her grandpa asked.

Ruby then tried to remember how he became friends with the demon. "He was friendly to me." Ruby said. Although she wouldn't count it as friendly since Dyrroth always teases her. Atleast she could act like herself around him.

"It's not everyday demons and humans get along. So we're glad you were able to make friends with one." Ruby's grandma said.

The three continued to eat while the dragon sat on Ruby's lap, waiting for leftovers.

After eating, Ruby said her goodbyes to her grandparents and dragon. Yes, she leaves her dragon at home. Dragons apparently aren't allowed at the academy.

Ruby then was curious how Dyrroth was able to hide it for a whole day.

Well actually Dyrroth didn't really hide the dragon, it was more on trying to catch it. Ruby was just to sad to notice two persons running around the cafeteria try to catch a dragon. But hey, let's move on.

Ruby arrived way to early, there was 20 minutes still before the first period starts. At the hallway of their room, Ruby saw Dyrroth talking to Gusion and a girl in a violet dress.

Ruby remembers that girl, she was the one who gave her a handkerchief. She learned the girl's name since there was a name imprinted on it.

"Guinevere Baroque, what a lovely name." Ruby thought. The three then saw her and waved at her. Well... except for Dyrroth who just gave her a nod.

Ruby then gave them a smile and waved as well. She entered the room and was instantly greeted by Lesley and Kagura.

"Hey Ruby! Feeling better?" Lesley asked while she hugged her. Ruby was thankful for her friends, she was happy that they are really concerned for her.

"Better than a couple of weeks ago that's for sure!" Ruby said as she was being crushed by the two.

Ruby had to admit, she hasn't fully gotten over Alucard. But atleast she doesn't see him like she used to.
