Chapter 21

3rd Person Point of View

"Hey Ruby, has father said anything weird when you met him?" Dyrroth asked the red hood as they walked around the cafeteria.

Ruby blushed instantly as she remembered what Dyrroth's father said to her. How embarrassing was that.

"He said something didn't he?" Dyrroth pressured the girl. Ruby only nodded as it was too embarrassing to tell.

"Oh brother, you know how father is." Silvanna sighed as she looked thoroughly for their father.

The demon then laughed at Ruby. He found it cute and amusing on how red she was.

"What? Did he say that we could get married right away?" Dyrroth said as he continue to chuckle.

Ruby's eyes then widened and Silvanna giggled. Dyrroth had just hit the nail. Ruby then faced the demon and grabbed his collar.

Ruby didn't hate the idea of being with Dyrroth. She just turns into a killing machine whenever the demon makes her too flustered.

"Wh-why are you angry!?" Dyrroth was surprised by her actions. She was trying to choke him. Her face, red as crimson.

After a few more seconds, it didn't take long before Dyrroth understood.

"You mean he agreed!?" But the demon's tone was more excited than surprised.

"T-that's great! We can live together then!" Dyrroth said happily which made Ruby more flustered.

Meanwhile, Silvanna couldn't help but smile. His brother was lowkey proposing to Ruby.

The demon then sighed in relief after Ruby stopped strangling him. But began getting curious as she moved back a few feet away.

"I'm in love with a dense idiot!" Ruby thought before opening her mouth to speak.

"Dyrroth."

He then looked at Ruby straight in eyes and instantly regretted it. She was releasing a scary aura around her. Was that even possible?

"Let's t-talk about this for a second." Dyrroth said as he held out his arms in defense.

"Hey! What are you two doing?"  Beatrix asked which caught the group's attention.

"You know, we should just leave them be." Gusion suggested upon seeing the situation.

"I'm gonna kill you!" Ruby shouted as she ran towards Dyrroth.

"Seriously!? Running again!?" Dyrroth complained as he ran for for his life.

The two ran around the hallways after they left cafeteria and group.

"Are they forgetting that we need to find the King?" Claude said while he scratched his head. How great would it be if he finally gets a girlfriend.

"I'll run after them. You all can continue searching." Gusion volunteered. Silvanna gave her a nod and agreed to meet up at the entrance of the school later on. She also gave him a watch that shows her location.

"Where did you get this?" Gusion asked as he inspected the gadget carefully, clearly amaze by it.

"Kimmy made it for me. It was so that Granger and the others will know where I am all the time. Though it doesn't help me know where they are." Silvanna explained.

After wearing the watch, Gusion ran after Ruby and Dyrroth. While the rest looks for the King. But first they agreed to go back to Guinevere. They felt bad for leaving her earlier.
