My Guess Monster (TendouxOC)[COMPLETE]

21. Good bye

This is going to be a very short chapter. I didn't really have a real plan for it except the end. I hope you enjoy it anyway. I will makeup for it with the next two chapters. Thank you.

"I know you'll be great Wakatoshi," Minami told her brother at the train station. He was going to his own college and Minami was seeing him off. 

"Thank you, Minami," he said. "Please stay safe while I am away."

"Don't worry, I will," Minami reassured him. She gave him a hug and he patted her head. She took a few steps back as he stepped on the train and took his seat. She waved at him as she watched the bullet train ull out of the station.

She wouldn't be seeing him for a very long time and it made her very very sad. Now she ahd to deal with another departure.

"Okay, do you have everything?" Minami asked Tendou as they surveyed the copious amounts of resources they had purchased for Tendou when he went away to college.

"I think so," Tendou said. He grabbed a bundle of hangers. "Do I really need these though?"

Minami grabbed them out of his hand and put them back with the other bundle. "Of course, you are not leaving your clothes lying around like trash on the ground Satori. I forbid it!"

He chuckled and pulled her into a side hug. They had loaded his college supplies into the back of his car. 

"I can't believe you're leaving tomorrow," Minami said, giving Tendou a hug. She felt tears slide down her cheek.

"Don't cry Minami-chan," he told her, using his thumb to wipe the tears out of her eyes. "I'll visit all the time."

"Okay, make sure you drive safe, the school is a long ways away," Minami said. "Stop to get gas if you're even running a bit lower than safe. Please, please, please, don't do anything stupid."

"You act like I could Minami-chan," Tendou said, winking. It was the day Tendou was to leave. And they had packed up his car with any last things he might need.

Tendou gave her one last hug and started walking toward his car. Then he turned back on his hess and ran back to Minami. He spun her around in his arms before kissing her hard. 

It was probably very reckless, if he started driving late he would get stuck in traffic. Other students were also probably staring at them but Minami didn't care. This was the last moment she would get to share with Tendou and she was going to enjoy it. Tendou's hand grasped her jacket and theri teeth clacked little.

Tendou pulled away and smiled, "I love you."

Minami nodded and wiped the forming tears from her eyes. "Go, you don't want to get caught up in traffic." She was crying a little harder but she smiled at him.

"Please don't forget about me."

"Never," she promised.  Tendou walked to his car again, this time holding onto Minami's hand until he had to get in.

Her hand dropped back to her side and she took a few steps away. He smiled at her and he pushed te key into the ignition and turned it, turning on the car.

He pulled out of the parking lot and Minami waved to him as he drove away. There went one of the most important peopl in her life. 

Now she was alone.

-A year later. 

Tendou POV

It had been a year since Tendou had went to college. He hadn't been in touch with Minami in a while. He hadn't had time to even talk to her. He barely even had time to sleep. Tendou tapped his foot on the floor of the train, waiting for it to come to a stop.

He had taken a break from college and decided to go back to Sendai to visit. The train slowed to a stop, "All getting of at Sendai please step off the train when it comes to a full stop."

Tendou hefted his bag onto his shoulder as the train slowed to a stop. The door slid open and Tendou walked out. He went to the road and hailed a taxi.

"Where to?" the driver asked.

"Shiratorizawa Academy," Tendou answered. The driver nodded and Tendou opened his phone, staring at the pictures he and Minami took on their last date. He had only been able to keep up with her by checking her Facebook but he hadn't checked in a while.

Soon enough, the driver reached Shiratorizawa. Tendou payed the driver and got out, heading to the dorms. As he walked, he saw people who had been first and second years when he'd left. He also saw new faces. But all of them were looking at him.

Tendou shrugged off their stares, he was used to it. He made his way up the stairs of the dorm building, to the third floor. Room 645.

He stopped outside the door he hadn't been through in months. He quickly lifted his fist up and knocked on the door. After a few minutes the door opened but the person behind it wasn't Minami.

"Uh, can I do something for you?" the girl had short black hair and a pair of round glasses sat on the bridge of her nose.

"Oh, is this Minami Ushijima's dorm room?" he asked. The girl nodded. "Is she here?"

"You're joking right?" she asked. 

The girl closed the door before Tendou could protest, leaving him alone in the hallway. Tendou begrudgingly made his way back down the steps and sat on a bench outside. Why wasn't he able to see Minami?

His phone rung in his pocket. Tendou picked it up, it was Ushijima. Tendou pressed call, "Hey Wakatoshi-kun."

"Ah, Tendou," his deep voice said from the other side of the line. "There is a problem."

Ushijima told Tendou something he though he'd never ever hear in his life.

"Minami's got what?"
