You can't find love , it finds you... It's got a little bit to do with destiny
Fate, and what's written in the Stars.........Anais Nin

The merciless storm had not blown itself out yet. It felt like some dark unseen hand was hindering her progress, refusing to let her reach her destiny. Rey hugged Finn's bomber jacket closer to herself , but it didn't provide much protection from the  raging storm.  She slipped on thick mud and caught herself just as  her feet went out from under her.  She gasped as she saw  the edge that she nearly went over. The ocean waves heaved  themselves  against the cliffs , oblivious to the  threat  to a young women's life.
Calling out to the Force for guidance and support, she continued up the steep path.  She is familiar with it, where rocks and roots can catch your feet and make you fall.  The rain stings her face and whips her hair in her eyes, blinding her. It makes her all the more determined to reach the cave as fast as she can.
Finally it's there!  The entrance to the cave.  She sends out a thank you to the Force for helping her get this far.  Entering the cave, she's unaware that's she s been holding her breath. She immediately can feel vibrations all around her . There is a strange  thumping underneath her feet and a humming in her ears that makes her skin tingle.   Her senses become heightened. She  touches the Aki Aki  talisman. It gives her comforting reassurance.
This was just the first floor of the cave. She needed to get to the pool down below.  Jumping in is not an option this time. Especially in her condition. She places a hand on her belly and feels the soft kicking like  butterfly wings coming from within.
The sound of rippling water draws Rey to a small pool with a mosaic image of an old Jedi sitting between two other figures.  One in black robes ,the other in white.  These figures she knew well. In her Jedi training , Master Skywalker told her they were the Grand Jedi and the light and dark side of the Force.
She walked passed it, not wanting to be distracted and lose anymore precious time.  The necklace around her neck began to vibrate and glow. It startled her at first, then she realized it was helping her  locate the entrance to the floor below.  There behind a large boulder  was a recess in the wall and a path. She had not know it existed. Luke had never taken her down this way. How many more secrets did he keeper hidden from her?
The air was getting colder and Rey began to shiver. Her teeth chattering and hands felt clammy.  She could see her breath.  She wasn't  used to being so cold.
Faintly off in the distance she hears the gurgling and bubbling of the subterranean lake.  Following the sounds brings her to the source of the sound.  She cautiously walks up to it and peers down into the water, expecting to see her own reflection, but standing just behind her is a tall figure with shaggy black hair and expressive brown eyes. She spins around thinking he was standing directly behind her but there was just empty space.   That image gave her hope!  She's in the right place.  He's so close, she could feel it!
Rey calls out to him through their Dyad connection. If it can bridge them together from across the galaxy, he should surely hear her now?  "Ben, can you hear me!"   Nothing at first  then snoring.  He's sleeping! Right now ,just when she's so close!   "Ben, wake up!"  He voice goes through him like a hot arrow. Sitting up , he rubs his eyes and tries to shake the sleepy cobwebs out of his brain.  "Rey, are you getting close ?  You sound clearer."  He tried to keep himself from sounding anxious.  "Keep talking  Ben , I can follow your voice to the portal.  It's around here somewhere."   The necklace became warm on her skin and pulled her in the direction of the reflective wall.
"Tell me about your childhood, your parents, learning to fly with Chewbacca. Happy memories . Just keep talking."  She was worried that the connection would close just when she was so close she could almost  taste it.
She sensed something  humming behind her and turned to see the very same spot she had asked to see her parents. She had been disappointed when no answers came. She did see their shadows which changed into a shadow of a tall man.  She now understood who that person was. It was showing her Ben. Not her past but her future.
The mirror like surface shimmered and  rippled. Like a breath was causing a undulating  swirling  sensation. Sparks jumped off the surface like miniature fireworks causing Rey to jump back.  This had to be it! The entrance to the world of Spirits.
A brief concern flitted across her mind. ' if I go through will we be able to get back out?'  She'd gotten this far, nothing especially fear will keep her from doing the one thing she was born to do.  She needed to be with the man she loves.  Summoning  reserves of courage she didn't know she possessed and clutching the amulet in her hand she took a step into the mirror.
