Ben and Rey a True Dyad part one THE SOLO FAMILY SAGA

          Every one was enjoying the post dinner celebration hosted by Maz .  She did everything . "It was the least I could do for Han and Leia only son." She quipped.   They were  so grateful to her.
                  Poe and Finn got a chance to get to know Ben more.  They found they could tease Ben and he'd take it.   They joked that Rey must have used a Jedi mind trick on them and made them do what ever she wished, like rescuing a big bad ass and convincing them she was going to marry him.  "Ha, Ha,  very funny guys!"  Ben smirked .  "I could do it to you and you'd never know, until you find your self walking straight into a Snaracc pit!"  He earned their respect .  If he could take a punch and a good hearted ribbing and come up smiling he was in the club.
                Saying good bye to everyone was hard for Rey.  They had done so much for her and Ben.  She thanked them for excepting him and showing him forgiveness.  There was one individual that Ben had been wanting to talk to but hadn't had the courage. ..  Chewy.  He walked up to him while he was barking at Maz.   Chewy turned around , howled, then picked Ben up off his feet and hugged the stuffing out of him. 
                               Chewbacca  had been like a second father to him. Ben didn't want it known, but his middle name was Chewbacca.  When he was training with Uncle Luke , his mother was called to discipline her son. In front of  all the other padawans she yelled, "You are so in trouble, Benjamin  Chewbacca Solo! When your father gets home ...........". He would be laughed and made fun of for weeks. Ben needed his big furry friends forgiveness the most. 
                     Maz was the last to say goodbye.    She discreetly handed Rey a box and winked and Rey blushed again.
"I knew  I'd find the balance in you now go be each other's light.
               Walking up to the Falcons gangplank,  Rey and Ben stopped in unison and turned together to see the Force Ghost spirits of Luke, Han and Leia.  Then two other figures appeared.  Rey gasped as she recognized her parents!  They had come to see their daughter.  Tears spilled down her face as she stared at them, hardly believing her own eyes.  She'll remember this moment forever.
