CHAPTER 69

Next day morning jermy, brady, aedion and i went to samrat's apartment, it was locked "i don't feel good about this" i said leaning on the room door, "fiona" brady called placing a hand on my shoulder, 

"we couldn't contact him since yesterday morning" i mumbled feeling low, "where did he go? what's happening with him?" i said leaning my head on brady's shoulder, what if i don't get to meet him? my eyes welled up at the thought of loosing him, what if something really bad happened to him? 

"don't worry stay calm, we'll find him" brady said rubbing my back, 

"ad try calling him again" i said, he did and again it straight away went to voicemail.

"where are you sam?" i whispered tears streaming down my face, 

"please don't cry fiona, we'll find a way to contact him" jermy said, 

"there must be a way" aedion said rubbing his chin, there must be a way i should think, where can i find him, just then Mrs. Gerald came to my mind, 

"ad, Mrs. Gerald, his grandmother, we should go to her, she might know something" i said, they looked at each other, "i know where she lives, samrat once took me to her" i said, 

"yeah let's go to her, i think it's pretty serious that no one's getting in touch with him" aedion said, 

"let's go now" i said rushing down to the parking lot.

I gave directions to samrat grandma's house and called dany to tell her about going to granny's house, "take care" she had said, 

Jermy drove us to Mrs.Gerald's. we rang the bell and waited for a long time before she opened the door, "fiona?" she asked in surprise, "gran" i greeted her with a hug, 

"oh dear! how have you been?" she asked, i stayed silent "why? what happened?" she asked worry lining over her wrinkled face, 

"we're samrat's friends" aedion said with a polite bow, 

"yes yes, come inside" she said opening the door fully for us, 

"good to see you again" granny said serving us her home made juice, "thankyou" we took the drinks.

"gran, i have something to tell you" i said, she nodded and so i told her that we fought and now we can't get in touch with him, "i'm worried gran, i don't know what to do. he's not answering our calls and i am soo stressed about it. i don't know if he's alright?" i said trying to control my tears, 

"oh fiona, don't cry" she said comforting me, "sam is fine, he went to his home town" she said, we looked at each other in confusion, 

"is everything alright?" i asked, 

"no dear, merlin's husband got a heart attack again, she called me 2 days ago" granny said, "merlyn cried a loads in phone" she said, 

"we didn't know ma'am" aedion said, she sighed 

"he'll back after seeing his father" granny said "and fights are very common in relationship, staying together through out the situation is the most important thing" she advised, i nodded, "don't you worry dear, he loves you a lot, you'll get through this" she said as we stood to bid good bye.

Back in the car "so it's his father, no wonder he left so suddenly" aedion said 

"but he should atleast answer our phone calls" jermy said, 

"he might be busy jerm, we don't know the situation there" brady said, 

"look fiona, he is having bigger problems, we should understand and give him time, let's wait till he comes back" brady suggested, i nodded without saying anything, they dropped me home and i told in group about what happened "hang on sweets" dany said, pam read the message but didn't reply, i guess she's still mad at me, i sighed flopping on to my bed.
