CHAPTER 60

AFTER 2 WEEKS

I woke up early and showered with a new excitement, today we are leaving for the trip, i feel butterflies in my stomach, i am soo excited to spend time with only friends, no cynthia, no helping mom, no house chores, free for a whole damn week.

I prepared everything yesterday, i packed few books to read under warm afternoon sun, a whole new playlist of blasting songs for journey, aedion said it takes more than 3 hours to reach the destination and my friends wouldn't probably sit silently watching the building and trees passing by, we would be definitely be shouting out the lyrics of the songs, also i prepared pills for myself. 

Max has rented a van of 12 for one week, he would come pick me first then we go picking others.

I wore a simple jeans and a tank top paired with open cardigan, oh and the new big hat, i rushed down to satisfy my stomach, i took a apple and started eating while texting max to hurry up, "morning sweety" mom greeted, 

"good morning" i sang happily, 

"excited?" she smiled, 

"totally" i grinned at her, 

"packed everything?" she asked, "yeah" i answered, 

"will max pick you?" she asked, 

"yes and we will go pick others" i  answered 

"sweety wait a minute" she said going back to her room, "here dad asked me to give you" she said handing me a bunch of dollars, 

"no mom, it's okay" i said, i have my own money saved up for this, 

"take them" she said forcing them into my hand, "thank you mom" i smiled,  "Be careful and eat well okay? don't skip meals" she said sitting before me, i nodded texting my friends in group.

We heard car's honk indicating max's arrival, "okay mom i'll get going" i said taking my stuff,  she nodded standing with me,  "enjoy sweety" she said kissing my cheek, 

"sure. i'll miss you mommy" i said hugging her, 

"take care baby" she hugged me then i walked out of the house with my bags, max came up taking my bags, 

"packed everything" he teased loading them in the back seat, 

"i am so excited" i said getting inside, "me too" he grinned as we took off to pick dany and others.

Dany and kaal were standing out with their luggage, "heyy" she shouted, "hey" i hugged her, boys loaded the luggage, 

"next up?" kaal asked as we settled 

"pam i guess and then we can go to brady" max said, 

"i am sure she didn't even sleep with all the excitement" dany laughed, 

" yeah" i laughed. we picked pam and she brought a hell lot of snacks, 

"food for whole week" max teased her, 

"yeah maxie" she laughed, he grumbled about calling him maxie, and then we went to samrat's apartment since brady, jermy, aedion were all waiting in there "we crashed here yesterday" brady said while helping to load the bags "actually we were living here since 2 weeks" jemry said making us all laugh.

I went to sit on back seat with the girls as aedion sat beside max to help with directions, kaal, jermy, brady and samrat huddled behind us. Samrat and kaal kept on grumbling about being noisy while we all others shouted the lyrics of songs at the top of lungs, 

I never thought i would get to go on a vacation trip with friends, though  i still doubt if this is what i really wanted, i am partly sure that spending happy times with these people is one of the thing i ever wanted in my life, i am sure that i will never forget even a second of this journey.
