It was a quiet night for Present Mic. There weren't many villains out tonight and all seemed well.

But, rule #1 when your a hero is expect the unexpected. However this one he really didn't see coming.

He was about to finish up patrol when he heard some kind of noise coming from a nearby park.

Due to having a sound quirk his hearing was impeccable. Following the sound, he found a kid shaking.

Warning alarms immediately went off in his head. The stench of iron wafted through the air. It seemed to be coming from the kid.

He approached to kid slowly.

"Hey little listener are you o-?"

The kid jerked away when he placed a hand on his shoulder.

He caught a glimpse of wild, terrified, emerald eyes staring at him before the kid ran away.

Mic, not being known for his speed, wasn't able to keep up with the kid.

The look in that kid's eyes was terrifying. This boy was too young to look like he had already seen all the horrors in life.

Out of all the pro's that Mic knew only a few had that look in their eyes.

'Was the kid ok? Was he getting bullied? Did someone's he loved die?'

The boy's swirling green emerald eyes had sent Mic spiraling at all of the possibilities that could've broken this poor child.

He seemed to be in a daze for the rest of his patrol. He came home to the loving arms of his sleepy husband and pushed the boy to the back of his mind.

He had no solid evidence that the boy was in danger other than a look he had in his eyes and the metallic scent coming from him. For all he knew the boy could have had a metal quirk of some kind.

Yeah that was it.

To say Inko was worried and pissed at her little boy was an understatement.

He'd been out all of Sunday. He hadn't left a note or even texted her that he would be gone.

"I'm scared Hisashi. It's not like our little Izuku to do something like this. He's been gone for almost the entire day and I'm getting scared. He isn't responding to our texts or our calls."

"I'm sure he's fine Inko. We must have faith in him. Izuku knows what would happen if he were to get into another fight."

"I know I just..." she buried her face into her husband's chest.

Her son, her sweet little baby boy was missing and she didn't know what to do.

After finally being able to compose herself, she wiped away her tears.

"I'm going to go look for him at his favorite places in the city. Maybe he'll be there or with Mitsuki or Katsuki."

"I'm coming too."

The determined couple then prepared to set off to go look for their son.
