So um... yeah sorry for not explaining this earlier but in this story in order to get into UA it's smarter to apply 2 years in advance in order to make sure that you get a spot on the entrance exam. If you apply later then you have less of a chance at securing a spot. I just realized that I screwed up the timeline by the looks of it so sorry about that.
