He opened the window behind him and shouted a warning to everyone crowding around the window in front of him. He braced himself and crashed through it, hissing in pain as a piece of glass pierced his arm when he landed.

"All right! Everyone! You need to jump across to the other building!"

Using his baton, he knocked away any of the remaining glass from the frame.

"Come on come on! If there are any children I can take them across first!"

As he did so, he did not notice that Yuki's brother had left the room to search and make sure that there was no one left in the building.

After getting all of the minors and elderly who are unable to make the leap he turned to the rest of the civilians.

"Ok! Everyone, one at a time! Help each other out!"

"Wait where is my brother?! he hasn't come back yet!" Exclaimed Yuki.

"You guys need to get out of here! I'll go and find him!" He said.

He took off down the hall, people parting to make away for the boy vigilante.

"Hello?! Yuki's brother?! Hello?!"

He stopped in his tracks at the sound of a scream. He raced down the stairs. On his way down, he stopped at a floor completely engulfed in flames and took the shard of glass out of his arm, throwing it into the fire to destroy all evidence or DNA that he was there.

Following the scream, he came across a room that held a man with a chain of fire wrapped around his leg as a villain with orange hair made a 'come hither' motion with his finger. The fire was burning the man and dragging him close to the villain. He ducked behind the door frame and analyzed into the room.

Sh*t! This was not good. The heat and smoke inhalation were starting to affect the man. Evidently he was wheezing because of it and sweating profusely. His struggling weakening with every second.

The villain had a cloth around the bottom half of his face so he was not affected by the smoke as much. The boy vigilante noticed however, that he was sweating quite profusely which meant that he wasn't immune to the heat of his own quirk. He had drawbacks too and he was reaching his limit.

He dashed forward and swiped through the chain of fire around the man's leg making it dissipate.

"How dare you?!" Bellowed the villain. "He deserves this! He kept me away from my love!"

"And for good reason." Growled the boy vigilante. "What you've done cannot be called love. You don't purposely hurt people you love."

He ignored the voice in his head saying that this also applied to him as well and shoved it into the back of his mind.

Now, to focus on the task at hand. How the hell is he supposed to beat this villain?
