Naomasa could usually tell when a rumor wasn't true thanks to his quirk.

However he wasn't quite certain as to what to believe when it came to rumors of a new vigilante.

They seemed to be the talk of the town and yet despite that they couldn't find any evidence that they even existed.

Any footprints or dirt tracked in by them all came from the same area around the scene of the crime and without any of the alleged vigilante's personal belongings they couldn't use police dogs to track them down.

Nobody seemed to have seen hide nor hair  of this mysterious figure. Criminals protested that they were there while civilians denied that they even existed while the ones that didn't couldn't even remember what they looked like at all.

The only lead that they had was a fuzzy video in a back alley from a security camera. The only thing they were able to retrieve was a blurry frame. Even then they were moving too fast for it to even capture any details.

If they did exist they were impressively good at avoiding cameras and always seemed to know where they were. Since there wasn't any indication of a quirk being used they couldn't use that to identify them either. Without any solid evidence he couldn't call in the pro heroes to detain them.

He sighed and rested his head on his desk. All he could do was wait and pray for the mysterious vigilante to make a mistake and finally be able to collect some evidence. Vigilantism was illegal and everyone was equal in the eyes of the law. He clenched his fist.

However he supposed, it was entirely possible that this urban legend had started as a lie that someone came up with to cover for them using their quirk illegally and other people had caught on and used it as a cover story for themselves as well.

Or perhaps it was an illusion quirk that someone was using behind the scenes to start something big. But what would their motive be?

He slammed his fist into the desk and groaned. This vigilante would be the death of him.

The emerald boy sneezed while putting his gi in his bag.

(A/n): apparently I sneeze when I'm nervous or so I've been told. My family won't stop teasing me because I 'sneeze like a kitten'. Anybody else have to deal with this?

"You good green bean?"

"O-Oh! Yeah, I'm fi- achoo!"

"Huh. Someone must be thinking about you." Commented his Sensei

"Eh?! Really? Sorry to say this Sensei but I seriously doubt that." He replied sheepishly.

"Don't sell yourself short green bean. Your more special than you think."

"Thank you Sensei!" he stammered out.

"Make sure to get some sleep tonight. We have the belt test tomorrow."

"Yes Sensei!"

He ruffled the emerald boy's hair.

'So soft!'

He froze when the boy flinched. He immediately retracted his hand as the the younger male trembled slightly.

"Green bean?"

"Sorry about that Sensei! I didn't mean to jump like that. I'm fine!" He said, flashing his teacher a bright shaky smile. "Oh! I almost forgot! I need to get the disinfectant spray for the mats!"

He ran off to get the giant spray bottle.

The violet eyed man just had his hand reaching out in the direction that his student went. He dropped it to his side with a frown.

"Midoriya..." he mumbled.
