CHAPTER THIRTY

Lucifer's

I heard my phone ring. I fished out my phone from my pocket. "Hello?" i answered.

"Sir, Young Miss got into an car accident and someone took her to the hospital." saad ng dalawa.

Napatayo ako. "What!? Follow them and report to me who brings her." napahilot ako sa sentido ko. "Shit! Kailangan may gawin ako para hindi sila magkita." i hissed. "They already meet. Since the accident happened near Charles' house." Delphi cooly said. 

Napamura na lang ako at hinayaan na magkita sila. Zoe can't remember him .I can't isolate her inside that condominium. "After the accident the memories that she'd been long has been coming back and all of that already restored." Delphi added. Natigilan ako at napatampal sa noo.

"Nasira na ang plano natin para kay Esme, nanganganib na ang buhay ng anak nila." sabi ko. "What!? Bakit pati bata madadamay sa gulo ng magulang nila!" Adrian exclaimed. I shook my head. "Alam nating lahat na matagal ng nakasulat sa kasaysayan nag pagkamatay ng kapatid ko pero alam ko ding buhay ang kapatid ko lalo na at tinago mo si Zoe." saad nya na syang nakapagpanigas sakin sa kinatatayuan ko.

"May nasira kang pamilya.." malamig na tugon ni Axel sa akin. "Ang tagal sinisi ni Charles ang sarili nya dahil sa pag iwan nya kay Zoe nung araw na yun." dagdag pa nito. Nagsimula ng bumigat ang pakiramdam ko.

Pinagsisihan kong itago si Zoe dahil gusto nya na makaalala muna si Zoe bago maibalik sa pamilya nya. Muli lamang nabuhay si Zoe bilang tao pero hindi nya na dala ang ala-alang syang sumira sa pagkatao nya.

"Alam kong mali ang ginawa ko pero may rason ako para itago si Zoe sa inyo. Your sister reborn again but in human at this time and while she's recovering her memories i allowed her to stay in their old condo for her to remember everything pero hindi gumana." saad ko

They shook their heads. "Ready your body for Charles." Adi said and tap my shoulder before left me and my girlfriend. 

Charles'

Pagdating ko ng hospital  tumawag agad ako ng tulong. I open the back door and carry my wife inside the emergency room. "Help!" I shout and they run to me with the ER bed. Nilapag ko agad si Zoe sa hospital bed at hinayaan ko ng mag-assist ang mga doktor at nurse sa kanya habang naghihintay ako sa labas ng E.R

I fish out my phone and call Tita Kharis and Tito Stephan to come into the hospital. "Hello" Tito Stephan answered. "I already have her." i dropped a bomb. "We already know. I'am just waiting for your Mom" Tito Stephan answered me. They'd already know? 

My mind start to ask questions. All this time they know? Bakit tinago nila sakin? Confusion starts to fill my mind but i am very worried with her.

After several hours of waiting outside the emergency room the doctor came out from the emergency room.

"Who's the guardian of the patient?" she asked. Tumayo agad ako at lumapit dito. "I am his husband." i answered.

"How's my wife?" i asked her. Huminga ito ng malalim. "I go straight to you. Your wife is been suffering from Retrograde Amnesia which is the cause of her accident for the past few years." she said.

Tumango naman ako. "But the good news is this isn't a hundred percent sure but she's healing and after a few days we can check on her about the progress." she added.

Napabagsak ako ng balikat at tumango na lamang. "Transfer on the VIP rooms." i instructed. Tumango naman ang doctor at inutusan na ang mga nurse na asikasuhin si Zoe.

Tumalikod na ako para sana bumili ng mga kailangan nya. "We need to talk."

Zoe's

A flash of memories and images filled my mind. A happy, sad and tragic scenarios comeback. The questions that i've been asking for myself already give the answer.

Unti unti akong napamulat at nangangamoy gamot. I am at the hospital.

"What happened?" i asked and roamed my eyes around the four white wall room.

"Hey.." i heard a familiar voice. Hindi muna ako nagsalita at pinakatitigan ito ng ilang minuto bago magsalita. "Leche kang demonyo ka!" one sentence but a curse came out.

"What did i do this time?" he rolled his eyes. Tumalim ang tingin ko sa kanya. "Nasan si Charles at Esme?" i asked him.

Nanlaki ang mata nito kaya sinamaan ko sya lalo ng tingin. "Tangina mo! Alam kong hindi nyo kami hinayaan magkita dahil sa lagay ko!" sigaw ko dito.

Akmang tatayo na ako ng napahawal na ako sa ulo ko dahil mukhang hindi pa nga ako ayos.

"For your fucking information, you are not a supernatural creature so stop like you heal faster!" he exclaimed. Inirapan ko lang ito at umayos na lamang ng upo.

"So where's my family?" tanong ko. He smiled. "Papunta na sila dito." sagot nya. "How's Carol?" tanong ko.

He sighed and give me a sad smile. "She still hadn't talk to me after she find out that i've been hiding you for years." he answered.

"Hayaan mo muna buntis kasi." sagot ko. "How's your wound?" he asked me. "Thanks to my white lies." masaya kong saad na ikinatawa nya.

"Ang dali mong napaniwala yung mga bantay" he laugh. I smirk and give him a wink. "That's the perks of being businesswoman." maangas kong sagot.

His face turned into deadpan while i am smirking. "Stop being boastful." he said and give me a glare.

"Alam mong hindi ka mananalo sakin." saad ko. "Pagdating sa kayabangan." he added.

I give him a middle finger and says. "Fuck you!" i cursed. Natigilan ako ng makita ko si Charles kasama si Esme at parents namin.

Napatitig ako sa kanila habang nakalutang sa ere yung kamaya ko dahil halos buong pamilya ko nandoon.

What the fuck!? Akala ko ba si Charles lang ang dadating. Tinakpan ni Adi ang mata ni Esme habang sila Mommy naman nakatulala lang sakin.

"What did you do?" Mom said. I look at Charles i saw the longing from his eyes.

My eyes clouded and start forming tears. "Love.." i called him.

I know my promises won't be broken. I find my ways to be with them again, to loved them, to see my child grow and to see them happy.
