RED BLOOD ACADEMY: THE GREATEST DOWNFALL

CHAPTER TWENTY EIGHT(Special Chapter)

"I miss you, little sister." she hugged me. Napatulala ako at kaagad na binaba ang cellphone na kanina pa nag-hehello sa kabilang linya. Humiwalay ng yakap si Francine sakin at nakakunot ang noo nito sa pagtataka sa kilos ko.

"Nandoon si Luc. Anong ginagawa mo dito?" she asked me. Napayuko ako at napakagat ng labi dahil sa sinabi nya. "Ahm-- I need to pee." I answered. Kinakabahan ako dahil alam nya kung kailan ako nagsisinungaling at kung kailan ako nagsasabi ng totoo.

She eyed me! She even make her eye like a chinese! I don't want her to found out what's bothering me. "Tell me or you need other place for us to talk." she seriously said.

Ngumiti ako at umiling lamang. "No. It's bothering me. About Luci's Nanny at home. She's old and i don't think she can work. I want her to rest." i explained. It's a lie. She just nodded and give me a small smile. "Let's go. Baka hinahanap ka na ni Lucifer sa labas," gayak nya sa akin. "I'll follow later. I need to finish this." pakita ko sa kanya sa mouthwash.

Sa paglabas nya pa lang nakahinga na ako ng maluwag at napaupo na lang sa malamig na tiles. "Gosh.." I whispered and calm my nerves. I dial her number and called, after a few rings, she answered her phone. "Hello.." she answered. "I need your help." I said.

Napahawak ako sa tyan ko. "I'm not ready." I followed up. "As what I said to you before." she replied. Napapikit ako ng madiin. "He is a human now. There is nothing wrong if you get pregnant." she added.

Medyo nahihilo ako pero kailangan kong maging gising. "I know but----" she cut me off. "Go call your lover. I need to finish documents. I'll call you later." she replied and end the call. I ruffled my hair because of the frustration that I've been feeling since I found out but I need to check it to confirm.

Akmang tatayo na ako pero napaupo ako sa sobrang panghihina. I fish out my phone and call him but he didn't answer. Ramdam ko na yung sobrang panghihina ng katawan ko at unti unti na akong binalot ng dilim.

LUCIFER'S

Inikot ko nag mata ko sa buong restaurant at hindi ko makitang lumabas sa ladies restroom si Carol. "Did you saw her?" I asked Francine na kakalabas lang ng Ladies Room. "Yeah pero puntahan mo doon baka kung ano na nangyari doon." she said. Francine is my girlfriend's sister.

I fish out my phone and saw her missed call. It's already been an hour but she's still on the comfort room. May narinig kaming sigaw sa loob kaya napatayo kaming lahat at nagkatinginan. "Somebody help!" someone called. I saw a lady who is in panic.

Tumakbo na ako sa loob ng comfort room at nabungaran si Carol na walang malay at umaagos ang dugo sa mga hita nya. Napamura ako at agad sya binuhat patungong sasakyan. "I'll drive. Take care of your girlfriend." Axel said. My heart are beating so fast and the blood from her legs made me more nervous and feel the pang of pain in my chest.

"No..." I whispered. Pagdating namin ng Emergency Room meron nag assist agad samin at kinuha na si Carol. "Wake up, babe.." I whispered. Hoping that word made her eyes open but nothing happened. Pagdating ng ER ay hinarang na kami ng doctor.

"Hanggang dito lang po kayo." sabi ng doctor. Napahilamos na lang ako sa sobrang kaba at sakit na nararamdaman ko.

Please, wag mong kunin sakin ang mag-ina ko hindi ko kakayanin.

Dasal ko alam kong naririnig nya ako pero alam kong may maganda din syang plano bakit nangyari ito. I'am hoping that it won't happen to me again, being in that kind of state again masisira ako at isa pa ayaw ko ng ganung pakiramdam.

"Hey.." Delphi called me. Sumulyap ako at tumingin ulit sa pinto ng ER at naghihintay sa balita. "The baby is safe. Carol is just exhausted and stress kaya nangyari ang bagay na yun sa kanya." she said. 

"How did you know that she's okay and the baby?" i asked her. Bumungtong hininga naman sya. "I have my power and i'am still a witch even though Adi is a human now." she said. Napatango na lang ako muling tumitig sa kawalan.

Mahigit dalawang oras ang lumipas at hindi pa din lumalabas ang doktor. "What happened?" dinig kong tanong.

Napaangat ako ng tingin ng makita ko ang magulang ni Carol. Napatayo ako at agad na lumapit sa mga ito. "I'm sorry for what happened." i apologize. Her Dad tap my shoulder and her Mom give me a hug.

"Everything's gonna be okay." Tita said. Her family. They'd welcome me with open arms even though they'd find out about who really i am.

Napalingon kaming lahat sa pinto sa paglabas ng doktor sa loob ng Emergency Room. Napatakbo kami sa doktor.

"How's my fiancee?" i asked. Ngumiti naman sya samin. "She's already okay now and congratulations, you have twins." she said and mention the word 'twins'

Natigilan ako sa sinabi ng doctor. Twins? What the fuck? It's a blessing, yes but-- no words can explain my happiness from what i heard.

I knew that she's not ready for this but-- i will do everything just to be a good father and influence for them.

"Really?" I asked. Tumango naman sya. "For now she needs to stay here at the hospital because of stress. She can't control her emotions because of hormonal changes." she advice.

Tumango naman ako at pinalipat na si Carol sa pribadong kwarto. Kabado ako dahil hindi ko alam kung anong kapalit nito pero alam kong dadating ako sa puntong maaga akong mamamaalam.

I know my past. I lived from the past five years but i'm a human now. Living as a owner of large company in the country.

All of us live from the past and live again for our unfinish mission that the heaven gives us.
