The light was dimly shining through the tall trees crowding around us. We were in the middle of nowhere, there wasn't even a dirt path from where we'd just drove from. It was hard to believe that a limo had even made it this far.

After carefully examining my quiet surroundings I threw my hands on my hips and glared at Mason. "Honestly, what are we doing here? Cos, you do realize that you can't murder me." I said with the most courage I could muster. To be honest, I'm sure he could kill me here. He had told my sister, but he could've made any type of story to cover up how I'd "been killed in an accident" and no one would have to find my body. The thought sent a shiver throughout my body.
"I could kill you. I didn't think of it though. It is tempting." He replied smoothly, raising his brow as if actually thinking about it. I found that hard to believe. How is it, that Mason's devious, creepy mind didn't think of ways to kill me.
"Why are we here then?" I tried once again.
"Just shut up. I didn't ask you to question me."
"Yeah I know, I don't need to be asked to speak." I pointed out, rolling my eyes.
He narrowed his eyes at me, "You do realize that I could very well kill you right here, right now. Do you have want to die?"
"I don't know whether or not I want it, I've never died before. If death comes, it comes."
He chuckled and shook his head. "I brought you here to play hide and seek."
I almost laughed, is he for real. "Are you for real?"
"Totally, you hide I'll seek." He walked over to a tree and covered his eyes, "1,2,3,4" I looked around in panic. I don't even know what number he's counting too. There were so many places  I could hide. Behind any of the fat trees, or in the large bushes,  but I knew the perfect place where he would never find me, unless he gave up. I crept stealthily toward the limo one small footstep after another. Trying not to squish something that would give away my location.
I was still puzzled as to why he would want to play hide and seek, but I had no time to wonder. Holding my breath I slowly yanked the door open and crawled in before silently shutting the door. I closed my eyes and put my hand on my heart to slow its pounding and slid under the seats just in case.
Shortly after I heard him say, "Okay, 50. Ready or not, here I come." I heard him running, as if he was being chased by a bear. I quickly noticed that he was running towards the limo. He must've heard me close the door, I cursed and held me breath. I should've known this was too risky.
He jumped inside and shouted, "go!" to the driver. Mason wasn't looking for me in here. I almost gasped in disbelief as realization hit me. He was going to leave me in the woods! My heart dropped, I cannot believe that he would do that to me. I closed my eyes and pictured myself behind a tree innocently waiting for him to look for me until I heard the limo start up and drive off in a rush. I felt disgusted. And I'm supposed to marry this animal! No, animals have more pity than him.. this devil thing.
After, from what I guessed would be... fifteen minutes the limo halted to a stop. Mason opened the limo door and left. I could hear him talking to the driver outside, "We'll stay here now, until she finds this place, or until sunset when I go find her lost and scared like the little girl she is." Well isn't he an asshole. I'd hate to work for him. It would be hell.
Well, technically I did work for him and I was right, it was hell.
After a couple of minutes of silence I slid out from under the seats and opened the limo door. Trying to quickly get a hold of where I was, I saw a huge tree house that actually looked live-able.  I'd never seen anything like it before.
