She had gotten home the day before, which had set this whole plan into motion. Well, the plan started when she called her girlfriend's boss, and asked if she could surprise her, which then spiraled to her somehow getting a job with the wrestling company. The plan was suppose to be just having Brie stand there, talking to a few people, when Y/n would sneak up behind her. Now, they were gonna make a special announcement, then she'd come out.
Y/n was nervous though. Only seen Brie during video calls the two years she's been away, and now, after so fucken long, she's gets to hold and hug her girlfriend again. But, of course, she has to wait a few more minutes. But she doesn't mind.
The soldier paced back and fourth, waiting for her queue to head out. The flowers in her hands were keeping her hands from wringing together. A nervous habit she did. "Y/n." Stephanie walked over, sending the woman a smile.
"Hey, Steph. Thank you for this." The older woman pulled the girl in for a tight hug.
"We're all glad you're home. Ready to see your girl?" As if that was a queue, the entrance music started for her girlfriend and best friend, causing the CEO to smile widely. They both walked towards the tunnel, waiting for the moment to walk down.
"Before we start tonight, we have a special guest. For the last two years, she's been away serving the military, and tonight, she is home, and ready to be reunited with her lovely girlfriend, Brie Bella. Please give a warm welcome to Sergeant First Class Y/n Y/l/n!" The crowd cheers, applauding as the spotlight lights up where she's coming in from. Brie Bella is already crying, crawling out of the ring and hoping over the barrier to meet up with her girlfriend.
They meet at the bottom of the stairs, Brie pulling her girlfriend close as they kiss. Pulling the woman in and spinning her soldier around. They cry against each other, mumbling that they missed each other and loved each other. They pull away, smiling at each other before kissing softly once more. They sadly separate before walking back down the stairs, Brie helping Y/n over the barrier, then sits her by the announcement table.
"Brie!" Y/n calls out, earning the twins attention. "Kick ass for me!" The wrestler gives her girlfriend a smirk, and she does as told, making her girlfriend proud by the end of the match. As Brie, Nikki and Y/n walked up the ramp - Brie holding her girlfriend tightly - Y/n smiled happily, knowing tonight will be the best night ever.
