Watching the clock on her nightstand, Hailee counted down the minutes until she had to get ready for school. Unlike any other weekday, Friday's were just amazing. Once that bell rang, it was officially the weekend, however, that wasn't it. Tonight was the semi-finals for their school's football, which, if they won, they were going to state. So, today's Friday was a great, but anxious day.

Of course, Hailee didn't care about it being the weekend, or even the game. On her mind was the little note that was awaiting her answer in her locker. Well, she actually didn't know if the note was there, or if it needed an answer. Nevertheless, Hailee was too wired to sleep another second.

As she waited, she watched some tv, and juggled scrolling through Twitter to see what was going on. Besides Kanye being a dick, like usual, there wasn't anything important going on. She dropped her phone on the bed, letting her alarm time out when it came time.

Her outfit was cute; a black and metallic gold skirt, a white buttoned up shirt underneath a black sweatshirt with parted red colored lips on the front. It was a cute look, that the person who left the notes, really liked. After sliding on her white converse, she did some light makeup, then waited until it was time to go.

When she arrived at school, the football players were up front, dressed in their best suits for the day, and the cheerleaders were besides them, ready to cheer on the boys, hopefully giving them that extra team spirit to win.

But, one cheerleader caught Hailee's eye. Well, this cheerleader always caught everyone's eye, but she was the only one Hailee had a crush on. Y/n Y/l/n. God, that woman could step on her and she'd say thank you. Of course, she'd never admit that.

The cheerleader let out a laugh, and Hailee nearly fainted at the beautiful sound, watching as one of the other cheerleaders brought Y/n in for a tight hug, spinning her around and making her laugh louder. Then the cheerleader whispered something into Y/n's ear, her eyes flicking over to where Hailee was standing, giving a shy smile and wave, as a blush spreads across her cheeks.

Hailee immediately blushes. Sending back a wave and smile, but then the warning bell rings. The two girls look at each other, Y/n sending one last wave, as Hailee gives a smile.

Thankfully, Hailee already has all her books, but doesn't get to stop at her locker before first period. History is as boring as usually, their teacher going on and on, his voice putting most students asleep.

By the time the bell rang for second period, most student who had a nap, were actually awake and ready for the rest of the day. Hailee headed to her locker, thanking God she didn't have History homework over the weekend. Putting in her locker combo, Hailee immediately spotted the small folded up note, a heart drawn on top, making her smile. She took it after putting her book away, shutting her locker and spinning the lock to make sure it wasn't broken into...again.

Hailee walked to her second class early, wanting to read the note in private and not have anyone looking over her shoulder. She headed for her seat in the back, and settled before opening the note. But unlike any sentence before, this time, it was a time, and a place.

12:35, top of the bleachers. Face away from the field.

Hailee didn't know why she was suppose to face away, but figured it was because of nerves. They were finally gonna meet. After a year of little notes, it was time of them to meet. Now to get to two more periods before lunch.

After two and a half long fucken hours, Hailee walked out of her Math class with her heart hammering in her chest. Just a few more minutes until she knows who the mystery person is. As she walks towards the bleachers, Hailee still didn't know who it could be. It could've been Matthew Laurence from Spanish, he was cute and sweet. Or Mila Cooper from Chemistry. She was a bit goofy, but still so sweet. It honestly could've been anyone.

Walking up the steps, Hailee took a see at the top and faced away from the field, taking a deep breath, and started the wait. She closed her eyes, trying to calm her nerves but she was too anxious. And then she heard multiple footsteps. She furrowed her eyebrows, but only heard on pair of feet walk up the steps, knowing this was it.

"Hi." Looking up, Hailee was in awe at the woman standing next to her. Y/n looked just as nervous as Hailee felt.

"It's you." Hailee says softly, secretly hoping it was Y/n all along.

"Is that a good thing?"

Hailee gave a chuckle, "definitely. So, you like me?"

"A lot," was whispered from the cheerleader.

"Me too." Reaching up, Hailee took Y/n's hand, gently pulling the cheerleader down so they could talk.
