Third person's POV

Meg is sleeping so sound on her bed wearing his white sando and pink jogging pants. She's wrapped by her white comforter when three knocks on her door awakened her.

"Meg?" A voice of a guy from the outside was heard.

Meg slowly get up from the bed and rubbed her eyes. She looked at her bedside table. That's when she saw her small pink clock.

It's already 1:30 in the afternoon and she just woke up. She's still hurt from what happened exactly a week ago.

Nagkukulong lamang siya sa kaniyang kuwarto at lalabas lamang kapag kakain. Minsan ay nalilipasan pa ng gutom.

"Meg?"

She looked at the door. She knew that voice. It's from a guy who ruined all, yet she still has the guts to talk to him.

She doesn't know what is up with her, too. She must be mad but she must admit. . . nakagaanan niya na ng loob si Adrian.

They always talk through phone every day after that failed proposal. Adrian always asking if she's okay.

He has good sides, too. He is just really driven by false anger.

"Bukas 'yan!" sagot ni Meg at saka tumayo at nilisan ang kama. Mayamaya pa ay narinig na niyang bumukas ang pinto at iniluwa nito si Adrian na nakasuot ng puting longsleeve at itim na pantalon.

Meg's temple knotted. "What are you up to?"

"Nakalimutan mo ba?"

"Ha?" She doesn't remember what they have talked about two days ago.

Adrian chuckled. "'Di ba nga ay sinabi ko na sa 'yo noong Huwebes na anniversary ng kumpanya namin kaya may libreng kasiyahan sa beach?"

Umawang ang bibig ni Meg; naalala niya ang bagay na sinabi ni Adrian. Muntikan na niyang masapo ang sariling ulo dahil nakalimutan nga niya.

"The hell," she cursed, whispering. "Anong oras nga ulit iyon?"

"5 'o clock, but we can come late. Maybe, we will be there at 6 since we will have a long trip."

She heaved a sigh, at least, it's okay that she just woke up.

"It's good that you went here, because if not, I forgot about it." Napangiwi siya. "Sige na, lumabas ka na. Doon ka na lang muna sa baba at maliligo na ako."

He nodded.

Meg took a bath and chose to wear her white floral dress. Tinernuhan niya ito ng puti ring doll shoes. They will go to a beach but it's okay for her if her white shoes will get some dirt.

Nakababa na siya sa sala at naroon si Adrian na nakaabang sa kaniya.

Nginitian niya lamang si Meg.

"You looked perfect, Meg. I don't understand why Trishtan rejected your proposal," ngingisi-ngisi niyang saad.

Pagkatapos ng papuri ay pang-iinsulto ang kaniyang ginawa. Ngingiti na sana kanina si Meg kaso ay napawi ang kaniyang ngiti.

Pinanliitan niya ng mata ang lalaki. "Stop that, Adrian. Hindi ako natutuwa sa mga sinasabi mo."

Napakamot na lamang siya ng ulo. Meg's highblood again.

"Sabi ko nga." Ngumiti pa siya nang pilit.

"Let's eat first, Adrian. I haven't eaten anything yet. I just woke up when you arrived."

He nodded. "Okay, beautiful lady."

Napangiwi pa si Meg dahil sa kapilyuhan ni Adrian.

Saka sila nagpunta sa isang malapit na restaurant sa mall. In the middle of eating, Adrian asked, "Do you think Trishtan still loves you?"
