I wake up due to the sound of my alarm bell. I take up the alarm and check the time "7:00" I say out even though I set it a day before yesterday. I get off the bed and walk to the bathroom to brush and shower. I get out and quickly put on my regular clothes, a short skirt with a body fitted top from the ones Josh bought for me the other day. I look at myself in the mirror, "Too formal" I say checking out my self again, after all there's no other choice  I have. I take up my phone to reply my chats when I see what day today is "OMG, Wednesday!" I shout out. How could I not remember this day. "Kate's coming over today". I say as a huge smile finds it way to my face. I quickly dial her number just so I'll confirm she hasn't forgotten about it. Luckily, she picks. "Kate!" I say her name so loud imagining she was here. "How's my favorite sis doing?" She says with her usual angelic voice. "I miss you so much!"

"I miss you more deary."

"You're on your way right?" I say completely changing the topic. "On my way where?" She asks clueless. "Here."

"You didn't forget, now did you?"

"Oh my God, I'm so sorry Winter..."

"You forgot! of course you did." I say cutting her off. "Winter! would you let me finish?" she says raising her voice a little louder. "Fine!"

"I'm at the gate." She says a little bit straight forward. "Wait, what?" I say surprised. "Yeah Winter, I'm in your house, with Natalia? Natalia right?" She says probably asking Natalia if she pronounced her name rightly. "Is this a dream?" I ask myself before rubbing my eyes with my hands and pinching myself to be sure I am awake.

I quickly run to the living room dropping my phone on my bed. I see her with her dazzling blue eyes and her dark black hair standing giving her million dollar smile. She's the only one with blue eyes in our family, mom says she took it from her sister which is pretty weird because I've never heard of incidences like that in my entire life. "

"Kate!" I blot out holding her so tight like almost squeezing her bones. "I miss you so much."

"I miss you more Winter." she says with her smile still placed on her face until she starts to chuckle. "What's wrong, why are you laughing?"

"You like you've been going through hell lately." She says laughing the more. "Told you, you won't imagine the hell I go through each day here." I say laughing along with her. " so, where's Josh?"

"He's probably in his room right now. come on lets get your stuff to my room first before meeting anyone."

"Natalia, please come give a hand here." I say to Natalia who was standing there the whole time.   "sure."

"You know, I still can't believe you're pregnant." I say stretching my hand to touch Kate's stomach but she shifts away. "Please, just let me touch it. I've been wishing to touch it from the onset you told you were pregnant." I say giving my puppy doll eyes even though I know it doesn't work on her. "Don't give me the puppy doll eyes Winter, you know they don't work on me." She says as I sigh in defeat. "Fine, but please just let me touch it. I'll not spend more than a minute. I promise."

"Wait, you were even planning on spending more than a minute in the first place."

"Fine, if you won't let me go the easy way on you, I'll go the hard way." I say to see Kate give her terrified face. "No!" she says with her eyes widely opened knowing what next was coming to her.

I stand up moving closer to her and putting my hand on her neck to find her struggling so hard not to laugh but she couldn't just help it. She burst out into laughter. Yeah, this was the moment I've been waiting for. "Would you let me touch your stomach now?" I ask smiling like I was innocent. "Never!" she says not giving up. "Fine then." I say continuing with the tickle. She continues laughing so hard but this time, even more than the next time until she couldn't any more.

"Fine, fine, I give up. I'd let you touch my stomach." She says as a big smile finds its way to my face. I stretch out my hand to her stomach rubbing it until I feel something move. "Oh my God, it's actually true, I just felt something move." I say out to earn a confused look from my sister. "Stop exaggerating Winter, It's not true. I'm just four weeks pregnant." she says showing disbelief. "I serious, I felt something." I say as she starts chuckling.

"So how has life in this big house been?" She asks looking at my face which probably just answered her question. "Believe me it's far from the word fun. It was exactly how I expected it to be. Well, apart from the part that his parents and his sister came over. They are the only ones who's actually made living here fun for me. well, not all the time because I'm mostly in my room."

"Wow that's a lot of information."

"Oh, don't even get me started with Josh."

"Yeah Josh, that's the British boy's name right?"

"Yes, that's his name." I say, like he's really a lot to deal with. "So, tell me about him." She says as I let out a huge sigh. "where do I start from now. Okay, let me just give you a huge summary about him. He is annoying, loves feeling like his some sort alpha even when he's not and he's the boy mom and dad are forcing me to get married to, which is pretty  annoying because it's not the best option but mom and dad still feel he's the perfect one." I say smiling at Kate. "Actually, that's what I expected hear. But what wrong with mom and dad?"

"Exactly, that's the main question, it's far from what I expected from them. I thought they'd..." I say struggling so hard not to cry until Kate pulled me into a tight warm hug. Then the tears started falling. "Shh, Everything's gonna be alright ok. I'm here now."

I wish I can stay in this position like forever this. It makes me feel safe, happy, harmless. I wish Kate wouldn't go any where. Any where at least for now.
