Daniella gets up from her bed and looks around the supremely white Egyptian cotton laced hotel bedroom. She gently opens up the curtains and takes in the luxurious black city view. She checks her phone once again: 3:11 am.

"Is this like a legit second chance?" Daniella asks herself. She gasps at her own question and immediately covers her mouth. "If! You! Say! It! It! Might! Just! Jinx! It!" She paces around her room as she determines her next move. As it has been about two weeks, give or take, her memory of this particular morning is already hazy. Who can blame Daniella Spencer for being unable to actively recall what was an uneventful morning?

Before she collapses or has a complete confusion-induced nervous breakdown, Daniella stops her pacing and gathers her breath. Once she has it completely regulated, she has another productive thought: "Act normal. Just get ready and chill out.... I am simply going to just... let go... for the first time in my life."

She looks over the hotel desk and finds that she has her toiletry pouch next to her prepared outfit. "Oh thank god," she remarks to herself. "The less overthinking I do at this point, the better." She grabs her pouch and heads straight to the bathroom.

As she quickly freshens herself up, Daniella begins to appreciate how beautiful the marble white bathroom is. It looks like something straight out of her dream bathroom Pinterest board. The clear glass shower doors add a very slick and sophisticated touch to the bathroom. "When I get back, I should totally redecorate my bathroom to something exactly like this." she mentally notes to herself as she brushes her teeth.

After she's done with her teeth, she quickly washes her face, applies her moisturizer, and shifts her focus onto her hair. After fiddling with her hair for about 30 seconds, she opts for a high ponytail. The hairstyle is achieved after three attempts. Satisfied with the final style, Daniella places her toiletry pouch into her carry-on and grabs her clothing. The clothing creates a simple outfit: A pink faux leather jacket, her mustard yellow wool scarf, a black low plunge long sleeve bodysuit, a pair of dark washed high waisted skinny jeans, and a pair of sneaker boots.

"Hmmm.... I wanna switch up the shoes..." Daniella thinks to herself as she switches the sneaker boots for the black pumps from her suitcase. She tests her walking on the boots. She tests her walking skills on the shoes. Since she only pops this particular pair out for work-related purposes/special occasions, traditional heels do not come to her naturally, but a test walk usually helps her figure out a flattering walk, which she does.

"Now, should I eat here, or eat at the airport?" she asks herself as she checks the time on her phone: 3:45 am.

"You know what? I'm going to head off to the airport."

Daniella calls for a taxi. She also asks for help with her suitcase. Much to her surprise, she already arranged for a ride, so she opts for concierge assistance with her luggage.

Once she's downstairs, Daniella makes her way through the lobby and admires the quiet posh aesthetic with accompanying piano music in the background. "I almost forgot how beautiful this place is.... I wish I could stay in a place like this forever."

Once in the designated taxi for the airport, Daniella can't help but struggle to focus.

"I should be calm... I should be at peace with my mind and my thoughts because I know what I want... what is it that I really want at this moment, this point in time?... Is it what I want or what someone else wants? Nope! I must settle only for what I want, what I decide..."

She inhales and exhales as she lets the words float peacefully in her mind like a boat going down the stream. Is she going along with her own thoughts, reality, or going along with what she thinks she is supposed to want? Is she an independent observer and just streaming along? Is she following her own desires or chasing after Luke or Luca?
