"George? I didn't expect to see you hear this early."

George rubs the back of his neck awkwardly and laughs,

"Well, Nick told me today's your birthday so I thought we could go and hang out? Like all day? Outside of your house?"

Clay breaks into a smile and chuckles at his friends vast amount of pure awkwardness. He steps aside and invites George inside his huge house,

"I'll head upstairs and get dressed. Make yourself comfortable and when I come back we can talk about what we'll do."

George looks around the house around him as Clay heads upstairs.

His house is huge.. but quiet.

He takes a seat on the soft couch and observes his surroundings. The living room leads into an open kitchen with pure white counters and three different ovens. (He's one of THOSE people lmao)

The kitchen turns and leads into the dining room. There's huge arched windows and white tile flooring, with potted plants in the left and right back corners.
Finally, the rest of the house connects together in a circle at the second living room by the stairs.

Clay walks casually down the stairs wearing his usual green hoodie with a smiley face on it, blue jeans, and black tennis shoes. His dirty blond hair is brushed back and slightly ruffled in the back, as if he neatly combed it than ran his hands through it.

"So what did you have in mind for today?"

George shrugs as Clay sits next to him,

"I mean, what do you like to do?"

Clay thinks for a moment before responding,

"Have you ever been mini golfing?"

George shakes his head,

"I went once in at my old house with an old friend of mine, but other than that I've never been."

Clay smiles and stands up, reaching his hand out to help George up.

"Alright, I know a great place to go mini golfing. It's only like ten minutes away. Wanna go?"

George takes Clays hand and gets pulled up to his feet,

"I really suck at mini golf"

Clay laughs and leads George to the front door.

"I suck too don't worry"

George and Clay get their clubs from the girl at the counter and make their way to the first hole.

"Do you wanna go first?"

Clay dramatically sighs and says,

"Well FINE. if you insist."

He places his green ball on the ground and hits it a little too hard with his club, missing the hole by about a foot. He presses his lips together and quickly stands in front of the ball,

"You didn't see that."

With one last hit he gets the ball in the hole,

"That was definitely a hole in one."

George writes down something on the notepad and shakes his head,

"Yea yeah sure it was."

George passes the note pad to Clay and places his blue ball on the ground, lining his club up with it and eying the hole carefully. With one small tap, the ball rolls forwards perfectly and falls into the hole,
