Amelia and Link had an ultrasound today. They were officially in the excited and overjoyed stages. They still had a little bit more time but they were so ready to meet their babies.
Their two little girls they had made out of pure love. Link was ecstatic for two daughters, he had no idea how to raise a boy- his best friend was a girl and he told his little sister everything, he had grown up around girls.
Amelia was grateful for two healthy and perfect babies. She could give these kids a really good life with a really good man. She was grateful and overjoyed when she let herself be happy about the babies.
"Good morning sunshines." Arizona happily greeted the couple.
"Are we excited to see baby girls again?" She asked cheerful.
"More than ready." Amelia said sincerely.
Link sat beside Amelia holding her hand as Arizona rolled up her scrub top and squeezed the cold gel on her prominent bump.
She began to move the wand around until she got one steady heartbeat and turned the knob up for Amelia and Link.
"There is Baby Girl A heartbeat and now we are gonna go search for Baby Girl B. Don't panic but it might take a minute, Baby A might be sitting on top of Baby B." Arizona chuckled.
Arizona searched for a few seconds until the second little heartbeat filled the room. This brought this biggest smile to Link and tears of joy to Amelia.
"I see two perfect little brains, ten fingers, ten toes. These baby girls are still perfect and growing." Arizona smiled, she loved patients like these.
"Oh my god they're beautiful." Amelia admired her little miracles.
"They look so cute and tiny." Link laughed.
"I wouldn't say they are so tiny anymore." Arizona chuckled.
"Okay mommy and daddy here are pictures for you, I will see you guys in about two weeks to check on baby girls again." Arizona smiled.
"Thank you for doing this." Amelia smiled.
"Yeah thank you, we owe you." Link joked.

"So baby girls need clothes and a room." Amelia laughed.
"Yes they do, Kate said she mailed us a bunch of clothes in the mail so be on the look out for those." Link chuckled.
"Well we can go furniture shopping and if we see clothes we like we get them?" He asked.
"Deal." Amelia smiled.
Link drove to the baby shop and parked. He helped Amelia out and they walked in.
"How cute are these?" Link asked holding up two little onesies.
"We aren't putting our daughters in shark onesies." Amelia laughed.
"What about the sunshine one? How cute is it?" Link begged.
"Very cute." Amelia laughed.

"Well 4,000 later we have two cribs and a bunch of clothes for these peanuts." Link laughed hauling everything in the house.
"Oh by the way babe, I have a really fast trip with Kate." Link said opening the box.
"Where in the world do you and Kate go? Also you guys just decide on a whim to go places." Amelia said hormonal.
"It's not like that I promise, It's a hotel chain I invested in, Kate designed the hotels and they want to build a new one. She has to show them her plans and I have to approve the purchase." Link said holding Amelia close.
"You love me right?" She asked wanting reassurance.
"I love you more than my life Amelia Frances Shepherd. More than anything or anyone." Link said kissing her cheek.
"You'll never leave me right?" She asked.
"I'm all about you and our baby girls. Where is this coming from?" Link asked moving his hand to her bump.
"You and Kate have a lot of history. I just don't want you to wake up one day and realize you could be with someone so much better than me." Amelia cried.
"Amelia, you are the best they come. Kate is not my love interest or anywhere near that. I would throw up if I ever had to date her again. You are the woman of my life and the only person I want forever. The only person I want to come home to, the only person I want to give the world to, the only person who makes my life complete. You and me will be always. I promise." Link smiled.
"I love you. I love you so much Link." Amelia said then gasping feeling a big kick from her babies.
"And baby girls love their daddy." Amelia laughed.
"I love my baby girls." Link said kneeling down to kiss her belly.
"We're gonna have real babies in here soon." Amelia smiled while Link stood up.
"We are, they are gonna be so strong and beautiful like their mama." Link held Amelia close.
"They will be confident and determined like their daddy." Amelia smiled.
